Been using this for awhile now. VERY easy to take internally, just put spoonful in mouth and wash down with water or tea. Strengthens the bones & teeth. Mistakenly bought the sodium version last time. But it was a good mistake as now I use both. With the sodium type you can use a LOT less. It gets gummy and doesn’t go down as easy as the calcium, but its benefits are excellent as an internal cleanse and for minerals. However, I can’t go w/o this calcium clay as it’s my fave and although you may need to use more than the sodium, it goes down easier, has a pleasant taste, and is great for brushing teeth as it doesn’t clog the drain since it’s less gummy – good to mix with baking soda or activated charcoal. It also has the same health benefits as the sodium so now I alternate. Externally, both are good for cuts, (makes them heal quickly), mosquito bites, and face masks. Have tried a lot of brands, but this brand is my fave since it’s consistently of good quality and good price. Can’t do without my clays!

I purchased this to begin juicing and detoxing again. It can be used internally and externally. I drank some with some apple cider vinegar and with just plain water. I’ve used in combination with Psyllium. Also used as a face mask. Would purchase again. Great value size.

I bought this clay to help remineralize my teeth. Not sure how much has changed in my mouth, but my overall physical health has improved dramatically. As a US veteran of the 1991 Persian Gulf War, I fought a long hard battle with Gulf War Syndrome. Was down for the count (terminal) in 1995 and again 2001, first time fought it back with a homeopathic remedy, then finally treated it as a Mycoplasma infection — which it turned out to be. M. Fermentans incognitis, patents owned by the US Army, filed 1986, 1988, 1991, and many more since then. Look it up at uspto.gov.
Bottom line, it’s been a long hard fight to regain health through natural remedies. I still suffer from what the VA calls “brain fog”. After only two days taking this clay internally I was relatively clear-headed for the first time in years. No long mornings hanging around like a zombie. No extreme physical lethargy; for once I have something like normal physical energy. I know I destroyed the Mycoplasma in my body 17 years ago, but this is clearly detoxing some metallic or other chemical compound that has built up since then. Aluminum from the sky, maybe? I’m just thankful it’s working so well. Also makes a great toothpaste.

I’ve had this for a while. And recently, I took a class on on this Clay and different uses. I got bit yesterday by fire ants, and I had already had the clay mixed with water ahead of time so I put it on thick wrapped it in saran wrap left it on for several hours and this morning you wouldn’t even know I got bit.
