They come dry but you can wet them as needed for hands or face. They are also pretty soft.

I was caught off guard by the description saying baby wipe, note it is not a pack of wet wipes. Although it is a very soft and thick dry tissue. Very soft, no scent, long and easy to pull out.

I have been using disposable wipes for several years. I now have over five brands on hand. These cotton facial tissues are 100% cotton, making them skin friendly.
I don’t think it’s particularly thick, and I think like other brands, the size is a little small for me, but it’s ok for my kids.
The package delivered was damaged and had some dust inside. Somewhat disappointed. Fortunately, the three packs are quite complete, and there is no problem using them to wash the face.

Love these! We use this style of tissue for all things Kleenex related. Have bought this brand a few times and I am very happy with the quality. Soft and absorbent. Packaging is also cute!
