The product is great and so is the value but the soap was put into the Amazon box upside down (the shipping label was face up while the soap was placed upside down). Not only did this cause a big mess, we now do not have the amount that we paid for. I cannot send this item back, I don’t have a way to safely send it without spilling. The bottles are not sealed and have already spilled once. I would like them to send us replacement soap for at least one bottle. We have ordered this in the past with no problem and plan to order this again had planned to order again in the future.

The box arrived wet and messy from leaky soap. The bottles have just the standard top so they don’t hold up to leaks since the seller doesn’t tape them or anything. Having said that, all in all there wasn’t that much product wasted and is the cheapest price I’ve found for it, so it’s a trade off I’m willing to live with. I do wish the seller would tape or wrap the tops so they don’t leak. The soap itself is great! Everyone in my office loves it.

We have the hands free soap dispensers(a total of 4). If you buy the small size of soft-soap in the pumps you end up spending three times what it costs to do the refills with the gallon refill jug. Now with all of the viruses you have got to wash your hands more often and soft soap with the refillable dispensers is the most economical way to do it. The hands free dispensersThe dispensers are a bit pricey but they do pay for themselves in the long run. I don’t know about you but I have to save money everywhere I can. You can’t go wrong with this product. I’ve been using this product for many years now and it just works.
