The serum has a lightweight, silky texture that absorbs quickly into my skin without any greasy residue. I’ve been using it both morning and night, and I’ve noticed a subtle difference in my skin’s texture and firmness. It feels more plump and hydrated, and I believe it’s helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines.
I appreciate that it’s formulated with bakuchiol, a gentler alternative to retinol. My skin can be sensitive at times, so I was hesitant to try traditional retinol products. This serum has been a great way to incorporate anti-aging benefits into my routine without causing irritation.

I am really enjoying this serum as an alternative to using retinol. I hadn’t heard much about bakuchiol before, but this seems to be just as effective as retinol without having the same side effects. I also appreciate that this is moisturizing. It’s on the expensive side, but worth it if you can’t use retinol or don’t want to side effects.

This is my first time to use a Dr.Jart+ product. I am hugely impressed. Dr.Jart+ Prejuvenation Firming Bakuchiol Serum comes in a clear violet bottle which holds 1.69 fluid ounces of a creamy liquid. The scent is barely there, but it’s fresh and light. Its key ingredients include the antioxidant bakuchiol, collagen peptide, and 5% glycerin hydrates. The bakuchiol has retinol-like effects, according to Dr.Jart. The product is made in Korea.
The serum is incredibly gentle but has had amazing effects on my skin. It is amazingly moisturizing and kept my skin moisturized for hours. (I used my own daily moisturizer over the serum.) It reduces the appearance of lines. I am SUCH a fan of Dr.Jarts!

I’ve recently had the opportunity to test several Dr. Jart products and loved them all, so I had high hopes for this serum. Unfortunately, it’s a miss for me. Not that this is a bad product- my very first experience with any sort of serum was basic hyaluronic acid and it improved my skin from where I was (not using any serum or moisturizer on mature skin). Over the past couple years I’ve tried dozens of serums and right now I have two that I love… so this one was up against very stiff competition. On my skin, it is a small step above pure hyaluronic acid, but it leaves my face somewhat shiny. Since I don’t often wear full-face makeup, that shine is very visible. It is a pretty large bottle, so I may follow another reviewer’s lead and add it to my body lotion for the extra moisture and anti-aging benefits of bakuchiol. I did not experience any skin irritation while using it.

This is a serum that I have been mainly using at night and sometimes in the morning. The serum is pretty light and does absorb well. However, I feel it ends up leaving my face with a bit of a greasy feeling if used in the morning with cream/sunscreen afterwards. I am still testing it out with different products to best use it in the morning. However, it has been a great product to use so far. I feel that it hydrates very well and my skin feels great the next morning after use. I also like the pump feature as it just makes it easier to control how much I use.

I’ve been using this off and on for a few months now and I must admit I am noticing a slight difference in my skin. I’m pretty impressed. The product goes on easily and isn’t greasy. And there is no strong smell either. I do think the price is kind of outta this world, but I’m also seeing some results, which I don’t tend to see in less expensive products. I’m going to have to start saving my pennies for when I need to buy a new bottle.

I found that it effectively provides hydration and makes my skin’s fine lines and wrinkles less noticeable, especially under my eyes. The serum is easy to apply, not sticky, and gets absorbed smoothly by my skin. It also pairs well with my current moisturizer.
I apply the serum once a day at night, similar to how I use Retinol-based serum.
I’ve only been using this product for a few days, but I’m happy to report that it’s showing promising results. So far, so good!
