Es una crema que ayuda a aclarar las manchas aunque no las quita del todo ,el melasma es algo que no se quita e batallado por años con diferentes tipos de cremas ,marcas precios y solo las aclara y si dejas de usar las crema de despigmentacion vuelven a salir al igual que el sol ,estas cremas resecan la piel lo cual luego del uso continuo la piel se vuelve sensible, roja ,fina y en mi caso eso me pasó y comenze hacer erupciones no puedes usar cerca del contorno de ojos ni de labios .la de día trae su protector solar .es buena pero si hay que tomar un descanso .

I have used everything on the market/in Ulta/Sephora for hyperpigmentation, spending a small fortune on products that helped a little or not at all. So I wasn’t too hopeful that Eucerin would work. I am pleasantly surprised—it works, with noticeable improvement in the hyperpigmentation on my face after 4 weeks. Skin much brighter overall and dark areas about 50% lightened. Huge improvement in a month. Thiamidol cream may be the ingredient I needed, no irritation, sinks into the skin in 1-2 minutes, pleasant minimal fragrance. This is a winner! Expecting complete clearing of dark areas, hopefully within the next month.

On two different occasions, I bought the bundle that includes the serum, day cream with spf, and night cream because I wanted to really give it a good chance to work. I used for many months because I have medication induced hyperpigmentation (darker skin) on my face and neck. This product didn’t make the slightest difference, no lightening of the pigment whatsoever. Almost $200 down the drain. Save your money.
