Color looks natural but have it a 4 because it stained my toilet seat with a hint of pink (didn’t immediately use the toilet after tanning but the color seemed to build up despite cleaning it). I’m also glad I put down a sheet on the couch while I was letting it develop because it also left some pink transfer on the sheet. Hopefully it washes out as the product claims to do so.

When I say I am pale, I am pale. Freckled skin that only burns. This is the best self tanner, hands down. I just got a compliment on my “gorgeous tan” yesterday, which is an amazing compliment for a fair lady like me.
Prep properly (shave, exfoliate, don’t use lotions) and it’s nearly fool proof.
Do NOT rinse the self tanning mitt in between uses, even though the directions that come with the mitt say to do that. That’s the only time I’ve had issues with my tan being patchy (when I rinsed the mitt after using).

I shook it up and it went all over the bathroom. I used it anyway and the color was pretty good. I went to use it again and it had somehow leaked all over my tanning mit which I had stored on top of it (lidded) in my cabinet. I put my mit on (not knowing it had leaked) and my hand was green/brown. I used it twice and threw it away because the bottle was such a PITA.
