These things work amazingly. Unfortunately, they are pricey. If you have a really bad zit or cyst, this makes quick work of it. These are also a bit larger than most other microdart patches. I would recommend to anyone.

This does little to reduce any incoming pimples. It didn’t draw any liquid out of a surface spot.
Cutting up a compeed blister patch into little squares is much more effective.

It doesn’t seem to be more effective that other options, which aren’t very effective either, I’d suggest liquid drying agents, topical antibiotics or light therapy for spot treatment

Once a feel a deep pimple coming, I place one of these on it. Helps get rid of it faster and mitigates the redness. They are expensive, but worth it!

The microdarts are so cool. I feel them shoot into my skin, but it’s not painful just like tingle feeling. Benzoyl peroxide used to work for me but then just stopped working and these worked instead. So glad I found these. I took off one star bc they are pricey for only 4

Was very hopeful for these as they claim to be able to ‘kill’ an emerging zit.. unfortunately the claims are not true. I used 2 patches—the recommended amount for ‘harder to kill zits.’ 1 overnight, and 1 for 5ish hours while working from home. The new blind pimple that I could feel starting to form beneath my skin is still emerging. I’m going to try using a third patch (so basically 3/4 of the box) but I don’t have high hopes anymore. Might just be good for regular zits, not blind ones. Definitely better ones out there though for a fraction of the price if that’s the case.

Doesn’t actually get rid of the pimple, but does help to make it look flatter and less noticeable. I doubt I’d be buying this again though, since it costs so much for only 4 patches. Great for emergencies, but not cost effective to use regularly.
