Really impressed with this “ph balancing toner,” Dew by Circcell. The description caught my eye because it’s described as a “perfecting primer and hydrating serum in one.”
For me, this toner/primer/serum is magic in a bottle! I’ve been using it daily since I got it and I‘m excited to see and feel such a marked improvement in my skin texture.
As someone with combination, highly sensitive skin, it’s a constant struggle to maintain clear, healthy skin, so the less products i use on my face (and back), the better. This seems to be an all in one I can stick with- which also justifies the price for me!
The consistency is a slightly viscous liquid, and I could sense the soothing feeling of the aloe (which happens to be the first ingredient listed).
The combination of ingredients is really unique and on point for me-
I’ve got dry patches, oily patches, normal patches, acne-prone, chemically sensitive skin…
and this really does seem to soothe, treat and nourish it all. No painful tingling on my very sensitive face, in spite of the lactic acid it contains.
I applied (after showering), first to my face, then after noticing how soothing and hydrating it felt, I applied to my whole back (which is more hormonal-acne-prone and oilier than the sensitive dry-oily-normal combination skin minefield that is my face.
I applied with my fingers, first pouring some into my palm, being careful when applying, given the consistency. I don’t want any product getting soaked up by a cotton applicator because I want to use it all on my skin, lol, but it could definitely be applied with a cotton ball, etc… Be sure to store the bottle upright and remember to press/click the top closed after using. I accidentally forgot to close it, knocked over the bottle and almost spilled…
Overall, I am Very pleased with my purchase!! As someone with literally all the skin types represented, this product has worked wonders for me.

Dew Perfecter hydrates and plumps my skin and leaves a nice finish to apply my make up. I also use on days when I don’t apply makeup. It gives me a clean radiant look. I use Dew twice a day once in am before makeup regimen and once at night after cleaning my skin before bed. Have noticed a definite positive difference in my skin tone and appearance since using this product. Love it.

CIRCCELL’s pH Toner comes in a small plastic bottle with a pop-up spout. The toner is watery, yellowish in color, and has a strong medicinal scent. It isn’t a repulsive scent, but don’t expect this toner to smell floral or fruity. I apply the toner to my face after cleansing at night. I rub a small amount in the palms of my hands and then place my hands on my face to pat the toner down. It absorbs into my skin quickly and the fragrance dissipates almost immediately. I then put my night lotion on my face and go to bed.
I have combination skin, with an oily t-zone and dry cheeks (especially in winter). My complexion is average. I get a pimple from time to time, and my skin can be a bit ruddy, with large pores. I’ve been using this toner for about 2 weeks and I haven’t noticed any real difference in my skin. I will keep using it, and if I notice a difference I will update my review, but for now I’m not impressed.
All in all… okay.

Pay no attention to the brown fluid or scent. It WORKS and is one of the most essential parts of my daily skincare routine. I have highly recommended to many friends and work associates.
