My Wife had a back surgery in April this last summer. When we went in for the 2 month check up it was deemed that something didn’t take right, and we had to go back in and do it over again. Having 2 in a row so close together, her healing process has been slowed down a lot this time around.
I decided to look around for alternative pain products to minimize her taking the heavy pain killers that they had her on. I had been hearing a lot about the healing and pain relief properties of hemp, so then I started reviewing the reviews of hemp creams here on Amazon. It looked like it was one of those things that either it worked, or it didn’t, but I was determined to find out if it would. I did see where this product had more people stating that it worked for them than didn’t, so I went for it.
In the end, it has helped her a lot. She uses it only when the other medications fail, and she does get fast relief from this product. As I said I don’t know it it will work on everyone, but it has worked for her and I will be buying more in the future.
Thank you for making a product that has my wife not dependent on the opioid drugs they give you as a means of pain relief now days. With this product she is now off of them altogether and on the weakest pain killers they can give you.

I don’t write many reviews. Really felt I needed to with this cream. Tweaked my lower back while sprinting after my cat. I’m at the age where sprinting without an hour warm-up, is a bad idea. I knew I aggrevated my low back muscles, so I ordered the Pure Hemp cream that day, and did a “one-day” shipping. I woke up the next day in pain, and could barely move. I was lucky my Pure Hemp cream arrived before Noon. I immediately rubbed a small amount into my strained lower back muscles. Like every other cream I’ve tried, I wasn’t expecting it to work. Within 15 minutes I was moving around and not walking like a Hobbit. The pain in my back went from a 9 to a 3 on a 1-10 scale. This cream works as good as compound prescription creams I’ve been prescribed with very strong FDA drugs in them.
There is no weird odor with this cream, if anything it’s a pleasent clean smell. I liked how well it rubbed into my skin. This allowed me to put ice and heat on my back. Some creams rub off if you apply ice. The other thing I noticed the next day, is I never reapplied the Pure Hemp cream after the initial application. Probably should have, but never thought about it because I wasn’t in pain. IMO, the pain relief from the cream lasted about 6 hours.

Great product, it has reduced my pain levels & given me less stiffness + joint mobility.
I have been dealing with knee pain for 18 years so I have tried a lot of products to deal with the pain. Some pills provide a bit relief but after ½ an hour it feels like battery acid even on a full stomach & after a year of use resulted in a bleeding ulcer that required a hospital stay & procedure! So I was cautious when this arrived. I applied a bit to each knee & nothing happened which was not surprising. So I sat down to watch a movie, I typically don’t have any pain if I am sitting still therefore I did not notice the passage of more than an hour. I had to get up & answer the call of nature & then went back to the movie. After sitting down I realized I hadn’t felt any pain which was great. After the movie I went outside & down 6 stairs which were navigated with less problems due to less stiffness in my ‘bad’ left knee. The pain relief seemed to diminish after 6-8 hours and was totally gone by 12 hours.
The next day I applied more and had the same reduction in pain for 8 hours or so, but I waited 2 more hours before reapplied more product & relief started again in an hour or so. Based on my 2 days of experimentation I think an application every 8 hours will work best for my knees.
The second day based on my knee success I applied the cream to my shoulder (bad R-cup with pain in upper arm muscles). Immediately I felt a warmness to the skin like the feeling Ben Gay ointment gives this went away after 15 minutes or so. After a hour the mussel pain is gone & joint pain is reduced & stiffness & range of movement without pain has increased.

I am just now ordering my second jar of this cream. The first was given to me as a gift by someone who swears that it is the emu oil that allows the CBD to penetrate so well. I find it works on some kinds of pain better than others (which is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5) but I have gotten relief for my lower back pain and that was the most important to me. I like the warm sensation when you first put it on and the scent is pleasant. I definitely think it’s worth a try to see if it works for you!

I love this product. I keep a jar in my kitchen for when I get grease burns. It heals my burns almost instantly. No cold water needed–just put some of this on and the pain is relieved instantly. No scars left from the grease burn. Keep a jar in you medicine cabinet for burns and also in your camper. LOVE THIS STUFF. It’s also good for aches and pains in your joints, although I use it more for the burns and cuts. It really helps heal cuts faster too. I put some on my cut with a band-aid over it and it is much better the next day and I can remove the band-aid.

This is kind of expensive. It would be worth it if it absolutely worked but I’m not positive this is any better than other healing creams, none of which have ever taken pain away for me. It’s nice to massage on sore spot and it has no smell and not much sticky residue. I was looking for CBD topical (which is not the same as hemp oil) but saw this with all its stars so gave it a try. I’ve been using for two+ weeks and still have elbow pain, which isn’t better but hasn’t gotten worse either. Some ingredients are emu oil, arnica, hemp oil, menthol among others.
