I probably already left the review for this product, but I’m gonna leave another one because it’s so amazing. I have been buying this so since 2020 and have bought it for several people over the years. It will leave your skins squeaky, clean and glowing all day, even when it’s time for you to go to bed your skin will still be glowing. If you drink water on a regular basis, or if you don’t still going to leave your skin glowing and Fleek. I cannot tell you how many people throughout the day. Tell me that my skin is glowing your skin glowing, but it leaves your skin tight. You can actually tighten up your skin for about 10 seconds . It does not play.

Reading these reviews Where people are stating that there are human hair in the soap… Do you even do research on a product before you purchase it? The ingredients in the soap are RAW !! Plantain bark and Cocoa pod husks have hair like strands. It also clearly states DO NOT RUB on face . Why? Because there are RAW rough bits and pieces . For those who are saying it’s scratched their face or there’s a “rock” in the bar, etc
Use Commen sense . Lather it , use every other day if you’re new to this type of soap, listen to your skin , it takes time to get used to a product until you have a routine down that only your skin is used to. Everyone’s skin is different . Diet , hydration, hereditary conditions , lifestyle, etc all play a role
Before any product completely starts working , you need to be consistent. Also, your skin will purge in the beginning because
1. New product to your regime
2. This is a completely natural soap without chemicals
3. It’s an exfoliating product assisting in bringing forth all the embedded guck on your face and bringing dead skin to the surface
4. Antibacterial

Raw African soap is an excellent product , totally underated . That’s why there are a lot of companies pushing their own genetic brands , which will neverCompare because the ingredients are NOT authentic . This products is .
Give it time and create your own routine instead of reading tons of reviews from people looking for a magic bar with progress after one wash and using it incorrectly , then hopping on here with negative reviews.
This works for me . After 30 days of being consistent , my perioral dermatitis is gone , acne scars lightened , skin texture has never been better . It took a few days in thebeginning to figure out how many times to use it , and how best to use it , that worked for my own skin
At first I over washed , over exfoliated , over did it wanting to rush the process . I went through the stage where it felt like it was stinging my face , and drying it . But after trial and error , time and patience, research and “listening” to my skin, & getting a routine in place , my face looks great !!
I bought this as a gift, and it was a winner. The kit has everything needed in there for the clippers and the trimmer. The sound is not loud like other clippers and is very. The fact that it can go cordless makes it a great buy. –
I love this soap. The soap is very big. I was able to cut into pieces and share with my family. They loved it. You can tell everything is natural. It leaves your skin feeling so soft, very clean and has helped my face not be oily or break out as much anymore. Fur to be so natural there’s no smell and Leaves your skin feeling fresh

Great product. Very natural and works well. However please please please moisturize after you use this soap. It will dry the skin out if you over use it, or don’t apply a good moisturizer after. Also you have to use a good ratio of water bc it can irritate the skin if you use it by itself

First, I want organic and natural, and this fits the bill. Second, I don’t really like soap, but I use it. Third, I am an older woman with very sensitive skin, in fact I have to use hypoallergenic cosmetics and creams. Fourth, I don’t really have problem skin. All that said, I found that a gentle scrub, once every 1-2 days with a very soft silicone facial brush (Amazon), has improved the appearance of my skin. Surprisingly, it seems to have improved the skin tone as well. I had a tiny sun spot and that has faded. My skin is smoother, but that may be the exfoliation from the gentle silicone facial brush. I use my makeup remover oil, wipe off most of the residue, add the soap the the brush, give it a gentle brush with lots of warm water, rinse many times, and then pat dry. None of that drawn, tight, shiny feeling. Feels great even without creams, however, I add my usual face products once patted dry. My skin does not feel dry the next day. Works great. However, when I tried to do this twice a day, because I liked the results so well, it backfired and my skin was dry, so I limit it to once a day, and skip some days. I have super sensitive skin, and I am older, so my skin has grown thinner, and if it was going to be harsh or strip my skin, I surely would have seen it immediately. DO add the soap to a brush, washcloth, washing puff etc and then to the skin. This is a natural black soap bar so it has some scratchy pieces in it and there is a chance it might be too abrasive, especially on the face and especially if you have sensitive or thin skin. The bars are large. I heat a big kitchen knife on the stove burner and using a hot pad (duh, sorry) I cut the bars into the sizes I want, including a few small hotel size for travel, and wrap them in plastic or foil. As the bars get soft, they squish around to any shape so you don’t leave the big bar in the shower or much of it will melt away. In any case, the bars are too big for my hands, so cutting them saves soap and is comfortable both. Keep it on a drying rack out of the water spray. I tried liquid black soap (different brand) and it was certainly ok, but not as good as this bar soap.

I haven’t tried the other brands here on amazon, and I don’t think I’ll have to. This soap is reasonably priced, lathers so well that a little goes a long way. I cut it into 3 normal size bars of soap and use with a net sponge. Pretty sure that this and shea butter has gotten rid of any ingrown hairs/ bumps I’d get in weird areas like my upper thigh (probably from wearing boxer briefs).
I used to be an old spice body wash guy most of my life, but this African soap (and shea butter) does a better job at fighting against the hard water coming out of my shower. Not going back now.
Biggest adjustment was getting used to the not perfumed smell from soap we’ve been normalized to
