I feel like it made my face look younger after the first use. Which is crazy. Maybe it’s in my head, or maybe the vitamins I’m taking have finally kicked in. I only have Olay Complete to compare it to, but I think that was making me break out, so I went looking for an alternative. I’ve used it about every other day on my T-zone, and so far it’s a hit. I don’t see anywhere where this says “salicylic acid” on either the box or the bottle. But I do see “hypoallergenic” and I love that.
As much as I love my stuff to be dye-free and fragrance-free though, the fragrance here isn’t neutral. It stinks like a hospital antiseptic. I only use a little bit, so the smell doesn’t last long. But if you use it all over or plan to be very close to a partner after applying, you might consider the scented one, which I plan to after this one runs out.
