I used to use Lancome products a lot many years ago, like so long ago that I actually had to go to a high-end department store makeup counter to get it. I’ve always associated their brand with excellent quality. I was actually a little nervous to try this moisturizer because I feared that, like so many other brands and products, the quality I remembered might have decreased a lot over the years. That certainly wasn’t the case because this moisturizer is definitely the superior quality I remember Lancome delivering. It has a pleasant scent and excellent texture/consistency. It goes on effortlessly and isn’t the least bit greasy. It absorbs almost instantly and leaves my skin much softer than I ever could have expected. It also delivers on the promise of “making skin look plumper and more radiant with a healthy glow” that is printed on the box it arrived in. I honestly don’t think the retail of $60 is too bad considering that Lancome products were pretty expensive back when I regularly bought them. It only makes sense that their prices rose more when everyone else’s did. I absolutely love this moisturizer and encourage anyone who is interested in it to at least try it once. You won’t be disappointed.

This is very hydrating and soothing on the face. A little goes a long ways, so I always smooth the rest into the tops of my hands when done. I’ve been using it for almost a month now, and I’m happy with it. It makes my skin feel soft and hydrated. It has a pleasant, fresh scent.

This Lancome Hydra Zen Gel Cream has the most wonderful fragrance! It’s not as obvious as it wears for a few hours, but the smell out of the jar is so pleasant to me.
By the middle of a long hot summer in the south, my skin is showing signs of fatigue so I wanted to look for a hydrating cream to help with the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. I definitely wash my face more often during the hot months, and I find that I’m also stripping some much needed moisture. I really liked the consistency of this gel cream and I think that it didn’t “slide” off like my previous moisturizer did in the heat. My face felt silky, but it took the product a few minutes to dry and set. I like that I’m able to layer my foundation over it without any issues, and that it doesn’t have a greasy look to it requiring extra fussing. I’ve had some issues in the past with skin sensitivity on facial products, but this gel cream has no issues for me. I’m pleased with the Lancome Hydra Zen Gel Cream’s performance, and did I mention that fragrance?

This moisturizer is veeeeeeeery lightweight. My skin sucks it up and I feel I might need something thicker to keep me feeling hydrated. But it goes on really smoothly and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky or tacky. I like the scent even though It smells a bit of roses which I usually don’t love, but I think it has a fresh floral feel. If you are looking for something lightweight and don’t need a lot of extra hydration, this would probably be great for you.

May not be moisturizing enough for dry skin, but for oily and combination skin this stuff works amazingly well!! It’s light but moisturizing, and has a very light pleasant scent. Leaves my skin feeling silky. My makeup is easy to apply over it and looks great. I feel many heavier creams don’t absorb fully so makes makeup look weird, that is not the case with this stuff!

I enjoy the Lancôme Hydra Zen Gel Cream very much. It is wildly cooling and feels so gentle on the skin. It coats it well with quality ingredients and feels so nice on. There is no greasy feeling whatsoever. The smell was a bit strong at first, but it grew on me quickly and now I enjoy it. It is a nice part of my routine. My skin is very happy as well. Everything looks a smidge more plump.

I love this. I have very sensitive eyes and this is the only moisturizer I can use that doesn’t make my eyes water and burn, even if it’s not near them. It’s fabulous fory skin too!
