I have been using this product for some time. It gets off my makeup well but I do use another cleanser to get off my eye makeup off. This cleanser does get some of my eye makeup off but it is easier to get off with my other cleanser. My eye makeup is shadow, liner and mascara.

This product removes heavy makeup like a dream! It’s almost like magic. However, it is too harsh for everyday use. I only use it when I need to take off thick makeup. My skin feels very parched after using this product, so it should be followed up by lots of moisturizer.

This is the best facial cleanser to remove makeup well. But the dispenser bottle is terrible. Its nozzle doesn’t twist down and lock shut once it’s open so it can’t be packed for a trip. This week I had a new 2-pack delivered and they were all gooey because (once again) the threads on the twist top nozzle weren’t adequate to keep the pop-up spout down and closed. 1 of the 2 bottle’s nozzle had popped up and product was everywhere inside the shrink wrap.
