I haven’t heard of this brand before but they seem to make very luxurious skincare, so I thought I’d try out to see how good it really is. I love that it’s such a cute purple color as it adds a bit more fun to a spa night, though if you are sensitive to colors in products then this may not be for you. It doesn’t have much of a scent at least! It feels really nice and gently exfoliating and it does leave my skin so clean! One thing that does bother me is that it’s just so small for the price, but you really only have to use a little bit at a time so I’m making mine last! I also really love the fact that this is cruelty free and also made in the USA! 🙂

This really is a great exfoliating scrub! It is gentle, yet still very effective. I’ve been following the brand’s instructions to use this once per week after cleansing, and I’ve been seeing positive results. The scrub is bright purple, which is fun. It does not have a noticeable scent. It feels gritty on the face, but it is not irritating at all. After I wash it off, I find that my face is noticeably brighter, yet still hydrated. It is not drying like many other exfoliating scrubs I have tried, and it does not make my face feel tight. It’s great for smoothing out the skin. I like that it’s both a physical and a chemical exfoliating scrub, so it truly does help remove buildup.
The only downside to this product is that it’s a pretty small bottle. However, you don’t need to use much at once, and it is only meant to be used once per week. So, I’m guessing it will last me for 4-6 months. I have tried other exfoliating products before that need to be used more frequently, so it’s nice that I don’t have to use this as often, but I still see such positive benefits to my skin.
This product has basically everything I could ask for in an exfoliating scrub, but I’m sure there are more affordable options that don’t have as many benefits in one product. So, I would recommend this if you want an effective facial scrub that will be easy to incorporate into your routine. It’s also great for anyone with dry skin, because it’s hydrating.

This polishing treatment is gentle yet effective unlike most abrasive exfoliants that cause micro tears within your skin. The texture is a great balance and still gives you that freshly exfoliated, soft skin feeling without being so abrasive. I dont know about others but I typically dont feel like an exfoliant did its job unless its super abrasive, but this isn’t the case with Alastin. After just one use, I noticed my skin felt softer and looked brighter, which is always a plus!
This also has a light, natural scent which is nice compared to others and won’t cause any breakout. This is great to use once or twice a week max to keep your skin clean and helps better absorb your skincare products.
