When the pump stopped dispensing cream I shook the container and it felt as if there was some product left but I was unable to open it. I ordered a new bottle and when it arrived I weighed it. The new bottle was 4.2 oz. With 3.0 oz of product, that makes the container 1.2 oz. I then weighed my “empty” bottle and it was 2.9 oz. That means that I only used 1.3 oz. There is 1.7 oz remaining that I can’t get out. That’s almost 2/3 of the product! What’s up with that, Biolabs?? I like the product but I don’t like being ripped off.

In December 2023, this was $39.99. By June 2024, it was $43.99. Now, in September, it’s an eye-popping $58.99, almost 50% more than it was 9 months ago. I really liked this product — enough to keep it in my Subscribe and Save — but I’m shopping for an alternative.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this product. You hear so much negative things about using HRT. I survived Delta COVID last August but am now suffering long covid. I’m also post menopause. In just 6 months, I looked like I had aged 20 years. I lost 40% of my beautiful long hair. I had to cut it from waste length to my shoulders. I’ve been using a pea size amount twice a day.
