Okay so this is my first impressions based off of a few days use with this product.
This is a really expensive serum but the ingredient list is quite good.
This is surprisingly hydrating for it to be a peeling serum.
It does take a few days to start seeing your skin turnover and your skin will be VERY sensitive.

My skin does look a tad smoother and more hydrated. Theres also no scent to this product which is great.
The bottle is a bit small but one pump is generally enough to cover the entire face.
here is the ingredient list since it is not listed on the page

    PCA SKIN Resurfacing Serum

If you have never used a chemical peel before, you show go slow with this serum. It is very gentle but can cause a lot of redness when you first start using it – it can also make your skin look worse for a week or two until your skin cells start to turn over. I have been using chemical peels for a long time so my reaction time with this serum was minimal. I love how easy this applies and it is super creamy and hydrating. I have been using this for a week now and my skin looks a lot better and more hydrated. Even my husband said my skin was glowing and looked brighter. He usually never says anything.

This has no scent which is very important to me since that can really end up causing more issues to my sensitive skin which is also super dry. This comes in a really pretty light amber glass bottle with a built-in pump. One good pump was enough to cover my face. The box is safety-sealed and this expires in 8.24 but should be used within 12 months of opening. This is made in the USA and you get 1 ounce.

    How to Use
After cleansing and toning, apply to the entire face and neck. Use once daily or as tolerated. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN® treatment serums, and broad spectrum SPF product in the daytime and moisturizer in the evening.

Recently started up my tret again after taking majority of the summer off. Starting up, I still start back up slow for a few weeks and don’t use it every day. On the in between days, I use something like this resurfacing serum, and this time it is this PCA Skin.

This is made with the most gentle of acids, so may not show a whole lot of dramatic change, depending what you’re used to using. It isn’t a potent one and is actually gentle on your skin despite being an acid since it is lactic and glycolic. Lactic acid is great for sensitive skin since it is more gentle and doesnt change the ph of your skin and wont cause redness and irritation. If you want something stronger then you’d want retinol or tret. Retinol works deeper on your skin than lactic acid. Glycolic is also a gentle exfoliate and not as potent as retinol.

Both of these acids together are great for smoothing and brightening even though they’re less potent than retinol or tret. Plus, our skin likes what it likes, so even though those acids are more gentle on your skin or not as potent, your skin may just like them better or respond better.

All that said, this is a nice mild resurfacing serum that does make the skin look and feel softer and smoother. It brightens in terms of giving you a healthy looking glow.

I don’t see much improvement for hyperpigmentation and melasma, but I didn’t expect to either with a product like this. That is what rx HQ is for. This serum is a nice little boost in conjunction with the HQ and in between my tret days.

I use this serum on my face, neck, chest, and breasts. It does work on all areas and makes the skin feel so smooth. I always slap stuff like this on areas with stretch marks or loose skin as well, anywhere on my body. Skin is skin and it all benefits whether it is your face or your rear end. Hands, feet, elbows – products like this serum are great for those areas as well to get rid of dry skin, thick skin, rough patches, etc. Treat yourself and your body – skincare shouldn’t be limited to our faces.

On your face, you can feel the difference in your skin texture in just a day or two of use of this serum.
