Update: i did find that i need to run hot water thru the top while spraying after several uses to keep the nozzle clear. Other than that i use it regularly. I keep it charging on my bathroom counter. Extra kudos on the top-feed design!
Original: super easy to use! i don’t wear foundation etc. and i had to stop tanning in a tanning bed dangit, so i switched over to spray tanning. however, the cost of spray tanning in-store is expensive. i read reviews on tanning spray solution, found this tanning gun and went to town in my stand up shower. it’s easy. i love that it feeds from the TOP also. every bit of tanning solution is used. also, i can leave it in the cup charging on the counter and it keeps just fine until i am ready to use it again. at work on monday a colleague asked if i had gone to cabo over the weekend! she said it looked great…no orange, and was pretty even given the fact that i’d never done the spray tan thing myself before. i’m cancelling my tanning plan today!!

I’ve been a Certified Spray Tanning Tec since 2013 and while my compressor and gun is high-end and awesome, it is not convenient when just spraying myself BC of the time it takes to unpack, set up and deal with a 6′ long hose.
When this arrived I was excited to see the contents are in a nice quality box and thought: This looks like it might actually be a good quality product…and then I opened it 🙄
The box storage area is lined with flimsy plastic that was already damaged upon arrival. The extra solution cups and tools has to loosely be stored under the flimsy plastic which is ridiculous and cheap! There is absolutely no reason the manufacturer could not easily make the storage area out of cardboard, and with enough storage slots on top of the lid with the rest of the equipment!
For what this gun cost, the presentation and long-term storage should have been better thought out, and not have had corners cut to save a couple bucks.
Now for the gun and cups: This gun works quite well for the cost and size. The mist sprays solution nicely and evenly and does not “spit” solution unless you are low on liquid in your cup, then obviously it will “spit”. It has a adjustable nozzle which controls the tanning area you are spraying. In other words: it adjusts from a wider field area on your body, or a narrow area (it’s hard to explain.).
The cups are durable and screw in securely without leaking even it turned upside down. I do like the gun and it’s cups, but I would not recommend this for professional spray tanning in numbers or even professional whole body bc it is very light misting, and would take forever (IMO). For a solo spray tan, it works great and I would recommend it .
The battery life is about 45 minutes which is more than enough time; however, the charging time sucks.
I sprayed my calves, arms and face which took at most 5 minutes on a fully charged battery. I then cleaned the unit and cup with H20 and sat it on the charger. This was at 11am. When I got home at 5pm it was still charging. I don’t think this is a great charging system in the least. It should not take this long to charge something this small, that was fully charged, and only used for maybe 5 minutes.
In the end, for personal use, it’s great. It needs a better storage system and less battery charging time, but for my intended use, I do recommend it.
Also, the seller is very accommodating and friendly. I had an issue with the charging cable, and they went out of their way to address my problem! I recommend both the product and seller!

I’ve been self tanning with a mit for years. I finally decided to take the plunge and order a sprayer but didn’t want to invest a ton of money. I got this one on sale and I’m so thankful I did!
My tans are so much easier to apply, but I do have to have someone help do my back or use my back applicator that I used before.
If you want a beginner sprayer that won’t break the bank I’d definitely purchase this one!
