I have severe dry mouth, due to medications and facial paralysis on one side. This gel definitely helps. The taste is fine to me, but the texture is challenging, hence only three stars. I use a smaller amount than the directions suggest because of the texture. A .5 inch strip of it on my tongue made me gag a little, so I cut it to appx .25 of an inch. If you have a lot of trouble with dry mouth, I recommend trying this.

Due to medications I have an extremely dry mouth and throat. Sometimes it is so dry that you can’t take pills because they stick to the skin. I have tried other brands including the big name advertised brands and none of them work for me. Tried mouthwash, sprays, gel and gum, but nothing worked. Saw this on Amazon ordered to give it a try and this one works not for as long as they say it will but it’s way way longer than the other brands which didn’t do anything. I can now get 2 to 3 hours of not getting so dry at it times. It’s hard to talk. I’m glad I tried this new brand

I have been using xylimelt tablets that stick to the gums and these make a difference. However, this new product is perfect for what ails me! One just puts a small dab on the finger and then onto the tongue and swishes it around in the mouth for all day relief from dry mouth. The taste is very pleasant. The only thing to watch for is you may have to reapply if you drink anything. So I have my morning beverages, then apply and reapply as needed if I drink again. I find this affordable and applying this at bedtime is allowing me to sleep for longer periods, for which I am grateful. I am truly delighted with this new product and because this comes in a package of 2, I am able to keep one in my purse. Try it, I’m sure you will like it if you have used xylimelts tablets in the past.

I presently have two tubes of the Allday Dry Mouth Gel that came in one box. Each tube contains 3 oz of gel. When I reordered, I was expecting to receive the same item. What I received was a box containing two tubes, but each tube only contained 1.5 oz of gel. Unfortunately the Amazon description and photos neglect to specify the content (size) of each tube.
