It is slightly minty and slightly medicinal but it does help the bleeding gums. It also helps with gum throbbing. It brightens teeth and freshens breath. Please still make your dentist appointments. Its a paste that sticks more to the teeth and not foamy-like gel toothpaste. If you have bleeding gums, please give this a try until your next dentist appointment. Update: Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I’ve been using almost 3 weeks and it’s amazing. Not only did it stop my gums from bleeding. It whited my teeth as well, it really took the age off. My breath is fresh and mouth is super clean.
Now, the con is I have no taste at all the food is either bland tasting or just no taste at all is the only thing I can’t stand, lol. I drink water all day every day and it’s nasty, lol. Other than having no taste my teeth are so much better. Also I use the mouthwash as well and it’s great too but I can’t stand the blue dye it leaves crystals on my tongue and yes I do use a tongue scraper. So I’ll try the clear kind.

I’m super picky when it comes to flavors & pastes. But this isn’t bad at all. Its minty. Smells good. The quality seems good. My teeth feel more clean with this paste than a lot of other pastes. It feels like my teeth are polished! And I love that. I don’t have gum pain so I can’t speak on that. I do have bleeding sometimes when I floss. So I have noticed little to no bleeding gums now. It is a bit expensive. I found it cheaper elsewhere. So I plan to purchase it again elsewhere.
