I have quite the large afro, and so I don’t regularly find products that can keep all my hair contained, but these shower caps are massive! Mine came intact with no holes. I’ve used them, and they are truly waterproof 🙂
I will say that I have 2 minor issues with the product.
1 – While the band itself doesn’t hurt, the edges of the bonnet, which flow over the band, can be quite annoying on the skin (or, maybe just MY skin?). It isn’t painful, it just feels similar to something crawling on your face. I simply flipped the bonnet over, and that did the trick.
2 – The white bonnet came without any smell, but the interior of the black one had some sort of “odor” for lack of a better term. Almost like clay (?) or some kind of product. I’m not aware if it had some sort of fragrance, but with my sensitive skin, I had to be safe remove it. Washing it seemed to remove it.
Despite those 2 very miniscule issues, I enjoy this product, and recommended it to anyone with lots of hair who wants to keep it dry for any reason!

I love the fact that these are big shower caps. I have to put my braids up to wear this and it’s still rooming. My only problem is, if you have a shower like mines that comes straight down like a water fall over your head, the water will hit the shower cap causing the water to hit me in my face, even when I’m trying not to be under the water. Therefore, I’m now showering with my eyes close while reaching for a towel to dry my face off. And false eyelashes with a lot of water on my face, is not nice. Anyway, lol, the cap is really big and worth the price for 2, but I think I’ll be going back to purchasing the shower cap that hangs down and I can fold it to snap at the top for my braids.

I ordered this shower caps because my hair is in braids but they are humongous. I like them but will order smaller ones next time

Excellent. These are huge!! I can use it over my hair wrap towel to ensure dryness and no moisture goes into my hair during no wash days. I can also pop it over a hair clip or hair claw or up do with plenty of room to spare. I use them also to cover my hair when I’m applying spray sunscreen and makeup setting spray.
