I saw these in my mom’s bathroom and she wouldn’t stop talking about how clean it makes me tongue feel. I had to order it for myself to test it out– and let me tell you that this is now a staple in my dental hygiene! My mouth feels so fresh and my tongue so clean after using this! I got a metal tongue scraper before this one and it made my tongue bleed and gave me painful sores all over it. This is gentle enough to not do that and yet still give you a super clean tongue. And I love the cute little cover that comes with it, which is great for when I’m travelling!

After first using this product I was impressed with how clean my tongue felt and appeared after using. However, as many reviewers experienced, I irritated my tongue, even causing bleeding at times. I then purchased a top rated tongue scraper. The scraper was indeed much gentler, as scrapers typically are. My tongue healed up and was back to normal. However, using the scraper, my tongue never looked or felt nearly as clean as when using this product
Once my tongue healed up I switched back to this brush. Now more mindful of its rough potential, I switched up my technique a bit.
First of all, when the brush dries up, it also hardens. So before using I always run it under the water and lightly soften the bristles by rubbing my thumb over them. This makes the brush much softer to begin with.
Finally I’m very mindful of the pressure! You really don’t need much. Highly recommend you brush very lightly, especially to start with. You can always increase over time.
The end result is this is in another league from the many tongue scrapers I’ve used in the past (including the orabrush with tiny rubber bristled). My tongue feels and looks so much cleaner after using. So glad to have this product in my routine now

Regular toothbrushes are a little bit too big for tongue cleaning but this one is perfect size. It’s flat and you can really do a good job with it. I also recommend the toothpaste by the same brand. I found that it’s much easier to clean than regular toothpaste, so it’s made specifically for the toothbrush.
You do need to clean your tongue for a complete mouth and tooth cleaning job.
It helps with fresh breath in the morning, and there are also a lot of bacteria from your stomach that cross up and also lives on your tongue that gets transmitted to the teeth during the night it seems. Your tongue might be resting against your teeth, that’s what I noticed anyway.
So cleaning your tongue really helps out with overall dental health.
