I do a scalp treatment for psoriasis intermittently and require a cap to complete a five hour treatment. These do an adequate job, but are noticeably less robust than the caps that come with the treatment bottle; they don’t last through more than a single use without the elastic becoming dislodged ~50% of the time. It isn’t a game-breaker for single use, but makes getting a second use out of them impossible. Thus, the one star off.
