CocoFloss has been a game changer for my oral health.
It is textured floss that is designed to capture and remove more plaque compared to traditional smooth floss. I’ve noticed a huge decline in my plaque buildup compared to using Oral B Gentle Glide (I switched over because it contains PFOA forever chemicals).
The floss is infused with coconut oil, which is believed to have antibacterial properties and can help maintain oral health. It also comes in various flavors, such as mint, coconut, and strawberry. I give it a 4 star because of the steep price point and how the Cara Cara does not emit any scent/flavor. The mint one is great. I can’t attest to the other flavors because I haven’t tried them yet.
I love the fact that CocoFloss emphasizes sustainability by using eco-friendly materials for its packaging and offering refillable options to reduce waste.
Overall, I recommend CocoFloss to everyone. It has improved my dental hygiene and is designed to be a healthier and more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional dental floss.

If you told me I’d be paying nearly $10 per floss, I’d tell you that’s crazy. Turns out, it’s not crazy at all. This floss has changed the health of my mouth from having bleeding gums and soreness to now having gums that no longer bleed, and also having very little tartar build up when I visited the dentist. I also have less sensitivity to cold foods. Bravo!

My family first tried this as a sample from our dentist. It somehow manages to be better than every other floss we’ve tried, including Reach, “Satin,” and the regular waxed stuff and the woven versions you find here and there. It is more comfortable, seems to expand just a bit to catch all the little bits in between teeth, and slides through and out with just the right amount of resistance without tearing up. Never in my life would I have thought flossing could be upgraded this much, but here we are 😉
I must admit we were hesitant spending $9 per box for dental floss. But, that’s about 15 cents a day or one latte a month, which really isn’t that much. Perhaps prices will come down as the company scales up– hope so. We are huge fans meanwhile.

I have been using the denta-piks for a while, but I got a pack of the coco floss from my dentist and felt like this floss did a better job reaching in the crevices. I have also went to using plain waxed Reach brand and for some reason, I feel like the coco floss works better. The string seems thicker, and spreads out better when sliding between my teeth making my teeth feel cleaner.

I thought I’d love these, but I didn’t. While they smell and taste great, the spool lasts far less than it says and it’s really hard to push between my teeth, which truly don’t have much space in between them.

I tried this floss after it was recommended by my dentist, and because I was horrible at ever actually flossing and needed to start. I have used this brand faithfully for over a year and I can’t believe any other floss is even on the market- this stuff works 10 times better and actually removes food. Everything else is just wasting your time. It doesn’t matter what flavor you get because you can’t taste it, but I don’t care. I will never stop ordering this stuff!
