I had a pharmacy mouth guard before and I really prefer this one, is super comfortable and I loved that they are 4 and bring the cleaning capsules. Totally convenient for the price and for sure I’m going to order it again. They are also very comfortable, I’m super picky with this kind of things because my mouth is super sensible, but the fact that you can custom them, like cutting the extra parts, make it feel super comfortable and easy to use. My dentist recommended I needed a nightguard to stop grinding my teeth and this has been a god send. It is a cheap option compared to the $1000 my dentist wanted and works just the same. The instructions were easy to follow to mold it to my teeth and the plastic is thin, so it is not bulky to wear when sleeping. It does the job perfectly and has stopped my grinding. Over the years I’ve managed to actually crack some of my teeth from grinding them when I sleep. I checked in to customized guards from my dentist office but they were very expensive. Then I found these. They are comfortable and they work. I really appreciate that they also come with some cleanser tabs to help keep them fresh!
