I would highly recommend these floss picks. They are fantastic for plaque removal and promote great gum health. Perfectly travel-friendly and the easy storage is just icing on the cake. We all know it’s more economical and environmental to use a traditional spool of floss. However, like many people, I almost never used mine. My teeth have had some issues recently, so I decided to get serious about dental hygiene. I knew that I needed to try something different.
I also get food stuck in my back teeth kind of often. I can’t stand that feeling. I used tooth picks after at least one meal per day. But then I was told by my dentist that it’s not good to use tooth picks in that space between your teeth near the bottom, by your gums (which is where things get uncomfortably stuck). You’re only supposed to use tooth picks for the small spaces where the teeth touch away from your gums.
These are so easy to use. I actually floss ~5x per week now (I know you should do daily but man this is a huge improvement). I also bought one of the mini packs from this company that comes with a case so I can take some with me. Now I just buy these bigger packs for home and to refill the travel case.
If you struggle to floss despite having plenty of the normal spool stuff, this is worth a try.
