Ampliamente recomendada.

Shaving is always a challenge for me, and while it will be a few more weeks before I’m sure I think I’ve found a shaver that works for me.

I’m a 60 year old male, with skin that is uber sensitive to shaving. I’ve struggled with it my whole life (well the post puberty part!). I’ve tried cartridge razors (from 1 to 6 blades) safety razors, one blade electric razors, foil shavers and rotary shavers like this one. All eventually leave me with razor bumps. I’ve tried growing a beard too, but I end up breaking out from that too. It isn’t visible, but it is still painful.

    On to this shaver.
I think I’m having better luck because they have moved away from their ‘lift and cut’ system. This shaver doesn’t shave as closely as others I’ve used, but I can live with that if I don’t get bumps. It is very quiet, light and easy to hold. I have to use a VERY light touch to avoid bumps, but if I do I have good success. I shave slowly, but even so it is quite a bit quicker than a wet shave.

The shaver struggles a bit with the beard on my chin, it takes a couple of passes (again with a very light touch). A more expensive model with a stronger motor would probably be a bit more efficient, and if this continues to work well I might consider an upgrade in the future, but this one gets the job done.

I have the best results using Lectric Shave first (and washing it off after). Occasionally there will be a hair the shaver won’t pick up and I’ll use attached trimmer to get that.

I am glad the shaver will work plugged in. This was a feature that was one reason I selected this model. My experience with electric shavers is despite whatever ‘warning’ system they have they tend to poop out without warning. This one was no exception. The ‘warning’ light didn’t come on until AFTER the shaver stopped. On the plus side I didn’t notice any decline in performance until a few seconds before it died. Because it will work plugged in I was able to finish the shave with no difficulty.

I shave my face, neck (front and back) and the top part of my head every day. I don’t quite get 4 shaves from a full charge (though again I shave very slowly takes me about 10 minutes each time). But 3 full shaves is fine by me.

If you want a BBS shave, this isn’t the device for you, but if you are satisfied with a clean shaven look (no visible stubble at hand shake distance but they’ll feel it if you kiss) and are troubled by bumps, give this a shot. Just remember not to press it harder against the skin to get it to shave closer (it will, but then you’ll get bumps.)

I’ve had this now for over a year and it has been an excellent shaver. Smooth, quiet, and no pulling.
    Easy to clean and charge.
Overall a great product at a very good price.

I have owned three of these over the past 50 years. They only need to be charged every month or two. They are comfortable to us and shave close. They seem to get better every time I get a new one. The only small complaint I have with this one is that it comes with a USB charging corn and no AC converter. I already have a ton of them so not a problem. This was the least expensive of the bunch so I suppose the others come with a AC converter.

O barbeador é bonito, ergonômico, bem construído e a bateria tem boa duração. Porém não tem a mesma potência dos outros modelos da Philips que já comprei.

My third Norelco, and cheapest! But it shaves just like the others, even no pulling and quick. I get at least 5 shaves before recharge. It’s no dead but it just my habit !
Full charge takes 2 hr or so. I little louder then my last but not bad. I use it for dry shave only but am tempted to try in shower. Feel good in hand and cleans up easily.
    Buy it.

Overall, I like this new shaver. I got bored and tired of using disposable razors, that didn’t really give me a clean shave. This shaver, works pretty well, and it’s fast to shave with, dry or wet. What I don’t like about this shaver is the power level it has, or hasn’t. When I first received it and charged it up, I thought it was defective as it didn’t seem to have much power, although it did do the job. At one time, I thought my unit was defective and was going to return it, but then I came across a review that said, “after I charged it, it sounded weak like it didn’t take the charge, but it worked.” And mine works too, I just wish that it had more power….that’s why I said it would work best on average to light beards.

Have always used a corded electric shaver, so I was hesitant to purchased this Norelco 2400. After initial charge, I was concerned it was not fully charged, but evidently the razor runs at a low rpm. However, it gave a good shave. I have a fairly light beard, but was surprised the unit gave me 26 shaves before I had to recharge. After the second charge, I decided my shaves should be longer and closer in order to better test the life of battery between charges. I’m on 20 shaves. I have to stop the test at this point for Hurricane Francine is on its way and I have to charge the razor before we loose power..

El producto es muy confiable, me gusta la facilidad con la que me puedo rasurar

This shaver is easy to use and to clean. It is designed for both these functions and has made my morning activities fast and easy. I am glad to have had it for several months. so far.

This is a decent shaver for the price. Battery stays charged for a lot of shaves. The only thing I will point out (that I overlooked when ordering) is it only comes with a USB power cord (wall adapter not included). So if you want to plug it into electrical outlet to charge, you’ll have to purchase the plug separately. It is a little irksome that the manufacturer/distributor would not include the plug as a standard part of the shaver like they have in the previous models.
