I just got it today. I was skeptical but figured I’d try it after seeing the ad over and over and over again all over Facebook and instagram. I think it’s weird that the tube is listed as “face and body” but the sky & sol website has a section describing the difference between the face version and the body version (? All their tubes say “face and body”!!).
Anyway, I received it today with low expectations. Wow, I was really super pleasantly surprised! The texture is creamy and non-greasy. It just literally melts into your skin and leaves no greasy or sticky feeling. It has no smell to me (but I also don’t have a great sense of smell in general, so take my opinion for whatever it’s worth). I got the spf 50 tube and I was expecting a bad white cast – but none! I’m a fair-to-medium skinned Asian woman so I’m already light. But other non-tinted mineral sunscreens have left a white cast on me, but this one didn’t. Wow! Also, I have extremely sensitive skin and it didn’t burn, sting, or irritate me at all! I didn’t want to spend more on a bigger tube without testing out the normal smaller size, but now I wish I had gotten the more cost effective 7oz tube!

(FYI: I’ve used mineral sunscreens from colorescience, la Roche posay, skinceuticals, elta md, coppertone mineral sensitivenfor babies, etc. I’ve tried it all. This one feels the best on your skin. I can’t believe it.).

This is absolutely the best natural sunscreen I’ve ever tried. It goes on smooth, doesn’t leave any white residue, and I can barely tell I’m wearing it.
Within two days of using it the flaky skin on my forehead was gone! I’m guessing it has to do with the tallow but believe me when I say I’ve tried Everything to get some hydration into my skin with no success until now. Definitely will be trying their day and night moisturizer.

I wear SPF everyday and for years even decades now. I used chemical creams of course and wanted to nourish my skin with products so clean you can eat them. I must say that I am not sure about the sun protection since I wear it inside or always have a hat unless I go to the beach and use a 50 SPF white cast but my skin has improved in a very short time! I even see less wrinkles, more firm skin, glowing and no white cast at all no smell at all (actually I have a very sensitive noise and I smell a very delicate clean smell). I now use it more as a moisturizer than a sun cream. It absorbs so fast it a great cream to use before primer and makeup !
I finally feel peace knowing I reduced tremendously the chemicals amounts I put in my body 🥰

I love the texture of this to use as my daily moisturizer and even under my makeip if I wear any. It really moisturizes and calms my skin. Non greasy. I’m trying to clean up my skincare & I was very curious about tallow. So far so good! The 2nd tube I received is on the new packaging which I prefer because my metal tube bent a little and produce was spilling out.

I have purchased this sunscreen twice. The first time it came in a metal tube and it was perfection. Felt amazing on my skin, no white residue after a few minutes, and it protected my skin well. The ingredients are superb. I would give it 5 stars, but the second time I ordered it it came in a plastic bottle and the formula had a white cast and wasn’t as moisturizing. Seemed different. Skip the plastic please!

Loved this sunscreen! Used it on my trip to Hawaii and it was gentle enough for my face! That never happens! I used it on my whole body and it absorbed very quickly so I did go through it a little faster than I hoped to. My skin loved it and soaked it up like a sponge. No scent and it didn’t leave a white residue. Didnt burn my eyes either when I started to sweat. Wish It was a jumbo bottle!

This is a great sunscreen that I have purchased before elsewhere . Product did not have a safety seal on it and therefore product was oozing out because it also was poorly packaged -meaning a little mangled .

I was really excited to try this product. I rubbed a bit on my arm and I must admit it was amazing. But not so fast!!! It smells every bit like chemical sunscreen. Like scrubbed my arm almost raw trying to get it off and I still smell it!! I have many mineral sunscreens including think baby, md solar sciences, badger, green solar goo, sun bum baby and none of them smell like this. They are all zinc based mineral sunscreens. I will try color science and naked Sundays next.
