When we first opened the box it was sealed as if it was new, but the brush that came with it looked used! With bite marks on the back of the brush!!!
Thankfully i have bought a spare set of new brushes which i used and discarded the one it came with it… My daughter loves it, and uses the app daily to get her badges and gifts through the app… great choice for my kid!

This system is absolutely fantastic. I say the word “system” because that’s exactly what this. I have 3 Princesses who have all been using this Sonic system for at least 2 years now. This system teaches your child how to love brushing so they never forget or have to be asked. It shows them how to brush correctly, and have fun doing so. They even get to pick their own colored toothpaste to brush along with the apps little character, Sparkly. Here’s what it offers:
•Toothbrush: it’s a sonic & works fantastic. It’s a rechargeable lithium ion battery which does last for so long. Little pearl here: only charge it when it needs to be charged or you could have issue, like some people in here. Any lithium ion battery will act this way, so unplug it while it sits on its stand. Not quantum physics here. The head maybe slightly oversized, but that quickly becomes a non-issue. It also adapts to many Sonic heads if you’d prefer a smaller brushing head. I started all 3 girls with this as soon as their first tooth came in.
•Stickers: you have a large selection to customize and re-customize over and over. It has larger stickers and many smaller options. What kid doesn’t love stickers.
**App: get ready because this is where they separate themselves from the rest by a million miles. There’s nothing even close to this out there. Even Oral-B, who I’m a huge fan of, has nothing!
•THE APP- You start out with entering in your name & age & picture(you can use anything on your phone or take a picture). They love this feature and change it frequently.
•Then you get to hatch your baby Sparkly. Again, very cool idea.
•Parents have a dashboard that they can choose to participate or not. I love it, as a Daddy.
•They have their own dashboard of three options: My Calendar, My Awards, and Sparkly Achievements. •My Calendar- which shows you if they brushed & for how long.
•My Awards- which gives achievement awards to your child based on how well they do, like 10 days in a row of day/night brushing. You leave them as is or custom name each, like “Mommy’s Award-10 days in a row” or whatever you want. Talk about brilliant. It’s literally a contest to see who can out-brush the other in my house. Since my girls are all under 5yrs old, I get to help them develop this wonderful habit. Again, I love participating as their Daddy. I use my phone and iPad to let them earn these awards;
•AND lastly Sparkly Awards- not only is the little guy cute, but she/he gives an award after every brush(SO HUGE). She/he will learns tricks, earns food to feed him prior to brushing(carrots, pizza, bananas, water, milk, spaghetti and so much more), earns apparel to dress your Sparkly up(various sunglasses, hats,ears, and more), earns different background places(the ocean, bathroom, skating park, and more), and spray paint to color your Sparkly(Green, purple, pink, blue, and more). Again, they earn one of the above every time they brush their teeth! It provides an incentive to take care of their teeth.
•The brushing part is 2 minutes, which is what’s recommended and teaches them how to brush all teeth while they watch & follow along with Sparkly brushing her/his teeth. I’d love them to update this app with more awards/features since my girls have earned just about everything. However, I’m more than satisfied because they could care less. It still keeps their attention while they laugh and joke around. It’s a great routine that shows them how to enjoy good hygiene. **Plus…you’ll be laughing and giggling right along with them** How great is that! We never have to ask them to brush. They always come running with their brushes begging to go first.
We LOVE it and we’d recommend it to any/all parents.

Toothbrush is amazing! Daughter really enjoys brushing her teeth now and finds the app very engaging. Much prefer this to the oral b kids electric toothbrush she had. I like that it indicates when battery needs charging too and 2 brush modes. Also the stickers are cute. However, please note mine came with a US charger despite ordering from amazon UK. I tried to contact amazon regarding this, but apparently now you can’t speak to a person at amazon only a chat bot which is completely useless. I ended up ringing Philips direct who kindly are sending me the correct plug. I’m not sure if legally if amazon should be sending this out with a US plug as pretty sure legally it should be provided with the correct one if ordering from a UK site.
Mom life –
These are super cute and very kid friendly. my kids love the app that comes with it, they watch it while brushing. It’s very easy for them to use since it has only two settings. One problem I have is that the sticky design that goes on the handle does not stay on and I also wish they came with at least one additional brush head because the bristles are falling out from one of them right now. Other than that they are really nice, has long battery life and very soft bristles.

We own a few of these toothbrushes for the family since they work so well. The timer ensures my kiddos brush for the appropriate amount of time. Easy to charge, use and clean. Toothbrush heads last a reasonable amount of time. Excellent battery life. Sticker details are a fun way to personalize them.

I got this brush for my oldest child 11 months ago. She had never been a problem with brushing, but wanted to make sure she got those hard spots better. Now, my little one has always hated brushing to a point that we need 2 people to get the job done. Out of the blue, she asked for the same toothbrush as her sister. What a game changer! We went from one brushing a day to 2 or even 3 a day! She loves the app and keeps her motivated. It has been a week since we got the second brush and it is working wonders so far. This brush is durable, long lasting battery, cleans well, and is entertaining. I definitely recommend.

My daughter absolutely loves this. She uses every day. I don’t have to fight her to brush & with no issues brushes for at least two minutes. She can’t wait to see what treat she will win after brushing and loves how you can change the characters color, hat, glasses etc. best investment ever. Battery life lasts. Haven’t had to recharge it yet and had it for weeks.

We got these thinking they had the Bluetooth connectivity and came to realize that was a different version, but these work great regardless. My kids LOVE the app and getting to interact with their “sparkly” every time. The video is great at encouraging them to move the brush around their mouth. I love that it shows the character not allowing to eat after brushing it’s teeth at night as that’s a big thing we’ve talked about with my kids – after brushing teeth we shouldn’t snack so this helps reaffirm what we have taught. Overall love it and the quality is great for both my 2 year old and 5 year old.
