Reach stopped making woven floss. This one is sooo close to perfect. If you dislike the paper box, just put the spool in a different plastic dispenser. It seems to be a standard size. The only thing I’d change is the flavor… I’m a traditional mint lover.

This brand is recommended by my dentist. I liked the plastic dispenser it used to come in, but the paper one seems more eco friendly.

This floss is rope/string like and seems to get more from between the teeth. I also like that this comes in cardboard containers and not the plastic ones that you just through out. Much better on all counts.

I have been concerned about plastic waste for awhile, especially when I found out how little can actually be
recycled (the oils companies knew this in the seventies despite saying otherwise) and I tried to be conscious of what I use. BUT, I was missing so many little things – like dental floss containers – and one day it hit me and I couldn’t believe how I never thought about it till then. So I researched and found this. I love it and wish all the companies could at least do their packaging different. There are some where you can buy refills,
including this company. I won’t bore with the comparative performance results and details about what the floss is made of etc ( you can find all that) but will just say it feels like it works better to me personally and I like the flavor of the Cardamon – very mild. Didn’t like the lemongrass.
