Product works ok. It’s promoted as name brand razor, but it’s not. Shaves about as well as any other electric shaver.

Don’t bother. It doesn’t work. The wider head barely removes longer hair. The round head does absolutely nothing. Troubleshooting link goes nowhere. Trying to return but who knows if I’ll get an address, plus I’ll have to pay to return it myself to China most likely.

I have been borrowing my husband shaver for years and when I tried this shaver today, it was so superior to his. It gave me a very close shave on my legs and took off so much more hair more quickly than I am used to. It’s really a keeper not to mention that it is so beautiful and lightweight. Love how it displays how much battery is left.
