I purchased the Cushion Grip Thermoplastic making it to see if it would hold without drying out my mouth which made it necessary that I carry a bottle of water every where I went, it also created this foam on my lips to where if I wore lipgloss, lipstick or even vaseline my mouth would look disgusting. Instructions were easy enough to follow and the thermoplastic was totally different in that my mouth did not dry out and it was comfortable. The true test followed, I am sorry to say with me the thermoplastic moved while eating I could feel both the partial and full upper shifting. I applied more cushion grip waited the allotted amount of time for the thermoplastic to set and eating is not possible with the dentures. It is impossible to enjoy even bread. There are positives with the thermoplastic speaking is better, drinking is better and eating something really soft is possible. Your product is still good because there are other people who may be able to use thermoplastic. I am keeping what I have at least I can enjoy speaking to someone without constantly rubbing my lips or making sure I do not forget my water and with the thermoplastic I can wear lipstick again. I will not give up on it, so far it has been the best thing that has happened,
As of this date 8/3/24 throught I would keep trying the thermoplastic: It is better than the other adhesives insofaras my mouth does not dry out which I truly appreciate because I can actually have a conversation with someone without being self conscious after having the skin on my lips cake up and turn white. I do not have to take a water bottle with me because of the adhesives drying out my mouth. I can take my dentures out and use them again with the thermoplastic up to 3 or 4 days. The problems found are, if an elderly person has to use the key to get the thermoplastic out it does become difficult and also there is a lot of residual adhesive left in the tube so you throwing money down the toilet. I found myself cutting the tube open just to get what was left. The eating while you have the dentured in with the thermoplstic, as much as I wanted it to be true so I could go out with friends, no dso true. Even with eggs, in which you have to really eat slow, you get the plastic clqpping together and there still is have the lifitng, but the thermoplastic is still good. i can wear lipstick eithout it crumbling on my lips which still happens with the others. I can keep my dentures in longer than most.
I don’t truly share have i feel with items I buy buy I read other individual’s comments which helps me chose what I want to spend money on and since money does not go a long way since the pandemic, throwing away money hurts. Please for those who enjoy your products but their hands are not what they used to be, give them something easier to get the thermoplastic out of the tube. The turn key is alright but there has got to be a better way in manuevering the tube, the key does not work for those with arthritis or any other problem with their hands.
I truly wanted to be fair in my assessment, knowing that it may work the way it should with someone else and then there are those whohate it. It is not as easy as you say to remove it from the dentures, again you have to take in consideration the elderly and some young ones. There are a lot of things you cannot eat, you have to be a slow eater. There is still the matter if enjoying your food, you may taste with you tongue but you still lose the ability to enjoy what you eat. Implants are the rage now and but that is a house payment and I need someone to show me what Medicare insurance they have that pays for the elderly to get implants. Nevermind the fact that the ability to really enjoy what you eat, be it nuts, crusted bread, vegetables not cooked until they become mush, and candy. Gum is still a no no because it stick to the plastic
I would purchase your product again because I gained something back, a litle more self confidence back. The

This is my second review. This first review is when I initially used it- which was wonderful! This second review is: Amazingly wonderful. 1) Great comfort 2) great fitment- the dentures never fall down or slide. 3) No particles to go in between the dentures. 4) Prolong use, it can get difficult to apply initially but with practice, it gets easier. But I learn to so far extend the use longer and get a more comfortable fitting. So far I am getting 11 days of use in one application. How? Brush the outside of the denture as normal then rinse the the inside well then soak the dentures in a ultrasonic jewelry/ Denture Cleaner. You can clean them two times as a single cycle is two minutes. Rinse well before re- using…
You won’t regret this product, you’ll save money versus powered or cream denture adhesives. I going try how long I can go on one application. Then I will write a third review so far day 11 and all is well!

This product is so much better than your traditional denture adhesive. It’s more effective,, more cost efficient, more convenient. You haveless mess and cleanup and you don’t have the goopy denture adhesive, to remove from your gums after taking out your dentures. Did I mention how much more convenient this stuff is? Try it you’ll never use a traditional denture adhesive again.

Cushion Grip works great! Must follow directions carefully and when you do it is a great product. I am a little concerned about the plasticizers in it and how safe it really is, but no complaints on how well this product works.

I really liked the cushion grip as did my sister. The only 2 problems we had was that we couldn’t find it anywhere around where we live and the price had gotten so high! We always bought a great many at a time so that became very costly for us when it was increased. Can you do anything about the cost or make the tubes bigger so we won’t have to buy so many at a time. We both are on fixed budgets and this would help so much. Thank you so much for your help in this matter!

Best thing I’ve ever used. Tried all types of denture adhesives from the tube type to the sticky paper type.
Can eat confidently and easily slip them out to rinse and back in again.
Was using too much at first but got the hang of it and how little you need.
Stays put for at least 4 days and sometimes longer.
Would highly recommend if your dentures are not fitting perfectly. Cheaper than a new set.

I heard about this product on social media & I’m so pleased I did as it’s changed my relationship with my dentures. Before I hated wearing them as they were uncomfortable & I didn’t feel confident eating with them in, but now I know they are comfy & they are not going to fall out. Plus I can eat knowing they are secure & no food is going to get trapped behind them. To put Denture Grip onto your dentures is a little time consuming but once done you’re good to go for the minimum of 4 days.
If you don’t know how to apply this grip then this is how I was shown.
I apply it on a night before bed but after you’ve done your nighttime routine as it allows it time to ‘cure’ properly as people are prone to putting the stuff on & then drinking or eating soon after.
I start by putting the tube into a cup of hot tap water for 5 minutes to allow the grip to soften. Whilst it’s softening clean your dentures, then dry them thoroughly. I use kitchen towel & then a Q tip to get into the tight spots.
Squeeze the amount you need (each person is different) onto your palm then roll it into a gummy worm shape & until the stickiness goes away.
Press the portion into the gum ridge of your dentures then leave it to rest for 5 minutes. I personally always start with my lower dentures. The choice is yours. After 5 minutes put your dentures in then bite down firm but not hard, allowing your dentures to mould to your mouth & then off to bed with ya. Try not to drink for the minimum of 2 hours.
By the morning your Denture Grip will be fully cured & ready to trim.
The other brilliant thing is you can take your teeth out, clean them, put them in, soak em through the night or wear them consistently it’s up to you. Good luck & enjoy your new found freedom & comfort.

First time using, simple instructions. I like how this goop fills in gaps of my dentures. My shrinking jaw bone disrupts original fit of dentures, this liner goop picks up the slack to have a injoyfull day using dentures.

3 years ago I had a crack=pot dentist put 4 implants in my upper gum to host my snap in dentures. I fell out within 6 months and the others fell like dominos within the next 18 months. My dentures do not have a pallet on the top so they are very difficult to keep in. I have to reglue them on 2-3 times a day. I thought this Cushion Grip would do the trick, so I bought 3 tubes. It doesn’t help at all. Maybe if I had the upper pallet like most people do it would work, but for me it didn’t. By the way….I moved shortly after I had them put in and the dentist had already retired….so, I basically got the finger.

Cushion Grip is a great product that will temporarily reline your dentures and help them fit better. It’s easy to use and lasts 3 or 4 days. If you can’t get to your dentist or don’t want to pay the high price they charge for a soft reline, you can use Cushion Grip instead.
