This product was my go-to exfoliating cleanser after using Dr. Sturm for years. I believe the formula was changed to be more environmentally friendly (which I support), but it no longer exfoliates as well as it used to. May have to try something else.

This product was recommended to me by a local spa house in my area when I was pregnant. I took a chance on it and it was the best decision of my life. It’s a really good cleanser that did not leave my skin feeling dry afterwards and is pregnancy and lactating woman safe. I have dry skin type specially during winter and have continued to use this plus Cetaphil ultra hydration. It works wonders for me. The only con is the container seems to moist in the shower and powder would occasionally build up chunks in the opening but nothing a periodic clean with anything tiny enough could not handle. I specifically used one of my facial tool that was sharp to clean the build up. I wash my face with this cleanser once a day at night and a bottle would last me at least 6 months.

I’ve used this Babor Enzyme Cleanser for years and love how it make my skin feel so soft after I wash. It doesn’t feel rough when you’re washing your face but it really does seem to exfoliate your skin in a gentle way.
I love how long this lasts too. Since it’s powder that you add water to a little goes a long way. Because it lasts so long it does seem like a pretty good value since you don’t need a lot to create a lather to wash your face.
I think they changed the bottle recently since it looks smaller, but holds the same amount of product. Seems more sustainable since the old bottles were taller and just had a ton of empty space and an extra bottle cap that was just wasted plastic.
