TartarEnd Toothpaste has become an essential part of my oral hygiene routine, providing effective tartar control and promoting overall dental health. While I don’t use it as my daily toothpaste, incorporating it into my routine a few times per week has made a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and health of my teeth.

One of the standout features of TartarEnd Toothpaste is its ability to help loosen tartar buildup on my teeth. After continued use, I’ve observed and felt the difference, with tiny calcium sediment coming loose and leaving my teeth feeling cleaner and smoother. While it’s not a substitute for regular dental cleanings, it certainly helps maintain oral health between visits to the dentist.

One aspect of TartarEnd Toothpaste that I’m not particularly fond of is the aftertaste. While it effectively targets tartar, the lingering taste isn’t my favorite. As a workaround, I typically follow up with my trusted Colgate toothpaste to freshen my breath and neutralize any lingering flavors.

Overall, TartarEnd Toothpaste is a valuable addition to any oral care routine, especially for those looking to control tartar buildup and maintain optimal dental health. While the aftertaste may not be to everyone’s liking, its effectiveness in loosening tartar makes it a worthwhile investment. If you’re seeking an extra boost in tartar control, give TartarEnd Toothpaste a try and experience the difference for yourself.

The yellow crustys start softening to where a waterpick will remove the loosening bits… it dose have a chemical taste but it’s not too strong and its not granulated in texture… if your in a hurry you might forget to check for stains of white from it drying… other wise it’s my new go to it’s more than worth it for the price

Despite doing “all the things” (brushing, flossing, using proximal bushes), I struggle with tartar buildup and go to the dentist for cleanings every three months to keep it under control. Immediately after my last cleaning, I purchased and started using Tartar End as part of my routine. The reviews made me confident this was going to be a game changer. I was totally inspired and committed, used it every day brushing my with Sonicare for the full 2min cycle, followed by flossing, proximal brushing and then brushing again with regular paste for that minty freshness this product does not deliver. Fast forward three months to today: I went in for my cleaning excited and confident that my hygienist was going to remark on how little tartar I had. I was already imagining telling her about this remarkable product I found, etc. I did not want to influence her opinion, so I said nothing about my new regimen before she started my cleaning. Imagine my surprise when she starts that all too familiar scraping and then frowns and asks me if I might have started taking calcium supplements, which apparently can cause tartar buildup (spoiler: I don’t take calcium). I then told her about this product and that I was disappointed that my tartar wasn’t improved. She remarked that my tartar actually seem stickier than usual. In all seriousness, for the past three months the hopes/promises of this product inspired me to have the most consistent dental hygiene practices I have ever had. I’m usually pretty good, but for the past three months I did not miss a day of flossing and I brushed the full 2min cycle with my Sonicare. I thought that surely, that alone would have improved my outcome compared to in the past where I might skip a day or two of flossing each week and often stop short of the 2min brushing cycle. I never thought my tartar could be worse. But that is apparently where I’m at. So disappointing. Worst of all, I was so confident this product was working, I stupidly already ordered another tube. Anyway, the reviews are compelling, so you may want to take the $20 gamble to see if it works for you. I’m here to tell you that sadly, it doesn’t work for everyone.

It’s a nice tooth paste but haven’t help much with tartar issues; I bought for that reason so I will not buy it anymore

I got in a mood over bad news at the periodontist last year, and decided to boycott flossing. Long story short: that was a terrible idea! In just a few months, visible patches of chunky tartar developed in all of the “catchy” places in my teeth. Heartbreaking and humiliating! But we live and learn from our mistakes….

I cannot use the usual common tartar-control toothpaste products, because they make the lining of my mouth peel off…allergic dermatitis, apparently. But this stuff is amazing!!! It does NOT irritate my mouth at all! And: it literally softens the rock-hard crust of the tartar on my teeth so that it can be scraped off—right in front of my bathroom mirror!!! Some bits would come off after repeated scraping with dental floss. But honestly: my best results were from using my actual fingernail! Sorry if that is déclassé but it is the true truth! The tartar does not all come off at once with one go of toothbrushing, but the toothpaste obviously, clearly, unmistakably softens the rock-like tartar and makes it possible to be scraped off—bit by bit, layer by layer. Truly noticeable results in two weeks of use.

Tartarend is the real deal when it comes to tartar removal. I never feel like I’m using enough, but it works so well! Having braces, I use it as a pre-brush paste, followed by my electric toothbrush and regular toothpaste. Since incorporating Tartarend, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in my time spent at the dentist. It’s pricey, but the results justify the cost for me.

First time using this product. It doesn’t lie when it says it has no flavor or bubbles. I am not sure it is doing anything when I brush. The instructions say to only use a 1/2 inch amount. It ‘goes away’ in my mouth almost immediately. Like there’s not enough to go the distance for the full 2 minutes of brushing time. I guess time will tell when I visit the dentist this fall.
