I was really excited about this product. I’ve owned multiple beard trimmers over the years usually replacing with the trimmer gets dull, battery stops charging, etc.
The thing I hated was how many guards I would have to sort through at times to style my beard. So I was pumped that there was just one guard on this product and you could simply adjust the cut length with a dial.
That part is awesome. Saves space and everything. But it is also sucks. Three times now the guard has slipped on me which causes the cut length to be off.
After the first time I was very careful because I literally had no choice but to shave my entire face due to the huge amount of hair the trimmer removed after the guard slipped.
Even after being extremely cautious this has happened two more times. I strongly dislike not having a beard but it’s the only recourse left to me when this guard slips.
So eh. It’s awesome and terrible at the same time. I’m too frugal to buy a different one and it has worked great on several occasions. But when it doesn’t work it ruins your beard. Be careful my bearded friends.

I had to buy a Braun beard trimmer in Europe several years ago and had to take out a mortgage to do it. Now that I am back in the greatest country on Earth… well I broke one of my heads and bought this one because replacing the head was more expensive than just buying this which had the heads that fit my European one. But now I have another pretty cool beard trimmer that operates pretty much the same as my European one except it refuses to run when it’s plugged in. Whatever. America!

I have been using these clippers for a while now. I usually don’t have a beard cause I hate the upkeep. But someone told me chicks dig beards so I decided to grow it out. The clippers do a great job with the trimming attachment and the dial with the plastic guard make grooming a breeze. 2 things to be aware of….. The power button totally looks like a button you press in. I will not tell you how long I sat there pressing it but it wasn’t my finest moment. It slides up. Also the plastic guard that you use with the dial to shorten or lengthen the trim, doesn’t always click in right. So you may thing you’re trimming at a 5 length when it’s like a 0. So make sure it’s moving with the dial before you use it. Or your friends will be calling you patches.

This so far is a great Trimmer! I have purchased The Top Name Razors and Trimmers for Decades. I never really had any problems until they went RECHARGEABLE! I would rather have CORDED or BATTERY OPERATED (Replaceable Batteries!) You can use Lithium Replaceable Ones! I have problems with the plug getting loose and bad contact (Won’t Charge) or the Internal Battery just wears out! This Trimmer is FULLY ADJUSTABLE 40 settings!! Easy and fast to clean! Must charge 10hrs before you first use it! 50 minutes of use time! You only have like 5 or 6 attachments vs others that can give as money as 20. I like this! I never use those things! I will update this review in the future if I have ANY PROBLEMS with it.
It’s a good price, so I would recommend giving it a try. Cuts close on 1st setting without cutting you or skin irritation! Fast shipping!

Yes it’s plastic, it feels cheap but the blade has been amazing and as long as you don’t drop it or throw it around it should last years

Not too fancy, doesn’t have a power level indicator at all, but the precision for the price is a great deal, im able to a keep a short tight stubble. Has a pretty good battery life too

I like everything about this trimmer except the main reason I purchased it. To trim my beard to a certain length, normally 8mm or 10mm. Not once but twice I had set the adjustable trimmer beard comb to 8mm or 9mm and started to shave, the outer housing of the comb slipped when I pushed it against my cheek and buzzed my whole cheek down to skin level before I stopped. Not my family laughs and calls me Patches. Not cool. The first time I thought it was my fault and I was sure to check the guard and be more careful. I check the guard before every beard trim and it still happened. Now I’ll be called Patches for the next month while my cheek beard grows back. Grrrrr… I purchased a different brand and won’t go back to this brand. Just not worth it. Just my two cents. If not using the beard adjustable portion everything else works well.
