Chances are your dentist has told you to get a water pik and you havent yet. I never did because I thought they were going to be a hundred bucks. Then my dentist pulls this exact one up on his phone and recommended it. I was shocked it was 30 something dollars and was even one that sat on the counter with a large reservoir rather than one of the handheld tank ones.
It works awesome, and is too powerful at its highest setting, I have to use it on 4 or 5. The reservoir lasts about 2 sessions and is easy enough to pull off and refill. The hardest part about the whole process is how much water is pouring out of your mouth while using it. I wish the heads didn’t swivel, but its manageable.
Seriously though, do yourself a favor and get this thing. 30 dollars for your teeth and gum health is insane value.

My opinion has changed in the Turewell dental irrigation/flosser! I didn’t want to return it and go through the process of picking another unit so I kept trying. It seems I must have done something wrong when seating the water tank on the base, but I can’t figure it out. Bottom line is that it is working just fine now! Yes, it feels a bit flimsy in my hand – but I have never tried a more expensive unit so I can’t compare it to another brand. I had a recent dental cleaning (I get them quarterly because I build up plaque very quickly and fight to keep gingivitis at bay) and my hygienist was IMPRESSED. I left with high marks for improvement after using it for just a month. I don’t know how long this machine will last but it is definitely making my dental care more effective. I felt the company deserved an updated review.

Sue here. I ordered the Turewell brand dental water flosser with high hopes, but it is a product I love to hate. When it works it does a great job, but it doesn’t work every time. When it fails the pump does turn on but it fails to get water to the tip. I have been unable to figure out why it fails about 1/3 of the time, and the booklet that came with it is useless as there is no customer service contact information anywhere. The water pressure output has a great range and is very forceful at the highest setting. Overall it “feels” cheaply made, and the water driven rotating toothbrush tip just doesn’t rotate. Great in theory but a flop. You really do get what you pay for, so I plan to return this unit and open my wallet for a more quality product. Honestly, now that I have experienced water flossing I don’t want to go back!

Only received the unit yesterday but so far so good. It is plastic and feels cheap but seems to work great. I was surprised at how much food the lightest pressure setting removed! Sadly two of the four suction cups on the bottom were missing. Will follow up with another review after a month of use. I am sure I will still be happy with the purchase.

I’m so glad I went with this instead of spending more money on the name brand WaterPik. I needed something to reach under my gums and this does the job perfectly. It’s easy to use. I love the compartment for all of the little heads. The reservoir is nice as well.

This is my first water pic. I’ve had it for a few months, and love it. I use it every day and it’s held up well. It came with a bunch of handy attachments, and the pressure it puts out is very good. Price was very good for what it came with. I don’t really like the hose for the wand, as it feels flimsy and I think it’s gonna be the first thing to crap out. Did like to know where I can replace this if I need to, and also get replacement attachments as one is the toothbrush. I bought this because I have implants and it’s great for cleaning in tough spots.

I dislike that this doesn’t have an on/off switch. You must dial from 0 to your desired speed and then turn on the wand. Previous ones I had let you keep the dial at your preferred number and simply turn it on.
This also takes a few seconds to turn on and occasionally I have to turn it back off and then try again to get it to work. The plastic doesn’t feel sturdy and I had a hard time removing the tank at first to fill it up. It holds a good amount of water but the price is a little high. It does well cleaning and is comfortable to hold.
