I’ve run through a few brands of night guards. And these are the best I’ve come across. They are a tad more expensive but they’re very effective and very small in your mouth.

    Pros
The product was super easy and fast to use. Snaps in at night securely. Price is amazing. Comes with a breathable storage case.

    Cons
I am a seriously bad clencher at night and my only complaints about this mouthguard is I wish it covered more teeth in the direction toward my throat. Its a bit smaller then the one from my dentist. I also wish it was a little bit thinner.

But overall for the price, ease of use, and if you are only an average grinder or clencher, I think this will work just fine.

I grind at night and have purchased $300 mouth guards from the dentist.
This product works just as well for me – I replace every 6 months.
One BIG Positive if you have dental work done – cavity filled or especially a crown all you have to do is make a new to fit the change I your teeth.

These dental guards are junk. They used to be good. It seems like they reduced the materials so it will always be too small. I compared the one that I bought 5 years ago vs. ones bought recently, the one from 5 years ago is thicker and complete protect your teeth. Maybe it works for small jaw people.

I purchased these because I wear retainers at night because I clench my teeth. I need to protect them so that my teeth don’t hurt and I don’t grind away at my teeth. This product was easy to use and allowed me to make a mold of my teeth so that I could wear them every night. I’ve been wearing them for several months now and the longevity of the retainer seems to be decent as I have not worn through the retainer yet however, it does not seem like it is stain molded to my teeth very well in the same format as my actual retainers. Therefore, I can only wear these when I go on trips as a back up , overall I would still go to the dentist and purchase the actual retainers that you can get from your dentist and they will last longer in mold to your mouth and teeth better

It took me two tries to mold the first one to my teeth. My dentist even said the fit was good. It stays on comfortably all night, once I got used to it. Stops me from grinding my teeth.
I would recommend this and ply to buy again when I need.

It feels a little insubstantial when you first take it out of box but it is handling the bite well. One thing for the company to consider is that the only directions you get are for a microwave process. For those who do not have a microwave you need to know how to do an alternative method. I had done them before so knew approximately how to do them with hot water in a pan. I brought a small pan of water to a simmer then turned it off and held guard under water for about 45 seconds, took it out and put it in a bowl of lukewarm water then put in mouth. That was about perfect. I did have to redo mine because I should have left it in my bite until it completely cooled. It shrunk a little after I had taken it out so was tight on my teeth. I just redid it and this time once my bite was set I rinsed ice water in my mouth with it in place and it is perfect now. I am pretty happy with it considering it is over the counter.

I did not like this product. My dentist recommended getting a NightGuard because I grind my teeth at night. The estimated cost was $400 so I thought I’d try a cheaper alternative before dishing out the money.

The instructions for this product are easy to follow, but the guard did not fit my teeth well. It’s too thin, it falls out if I’m not actively clenching my jaw, and it’s just generally uncomfortable to wear to sleep. I even reheated the mold and tried again, but it did not help.

I bought this 2-pack because my boyfriend needed one too, but after seeing how mine turned out, he didn’t even bother to open his. I wanted to return them, but wasn’t sure if that was still an option since one was used.
