I bought it for the heated-comb, as far as I was concerned everything else was “bonus.”
The heated comb itself is fantastic and more than worth the money itself. On it’s lowest heat setting, it straightens hair with ease and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend for it as a beard straightener. It would probably work for hear on your head as well, though I’m unable to test that, hah.
As far as the scent, I’m not a fan. I usually prefer unscented products. That said, I didn’t buy it for the beard-balm or other items included. The wooden comb and brush are pretty decent quality too, though I don’t really need them.

If you have a beard, try other kits to find the one you like. This one is okay, felt more like a beginner kit or another product rebranded and sold… Just okay nothing special.

It’s worth the price. Very easy to use, plug it in and set the temp. Compact and easily transported. When using it you can feel the warmth but not hot. Easily goes through my beard. The added beard oil leaves my skin feeling great. Have dropped it a few times and it seems very durable.

This was my first purchase for a beard straightener. It’s pretty good tbh. There’s a bit of a learning curve to figuring the level of heat to use, and how to comb it through your beard. The edges do the best work. It heats up pretty quickly too. Just be careful brushing it through the same spot too many times because it does have the possibility of burning your skin through your beard if you angle it wrongly. My beard is maybe 1-2 inches from the bottom of my jaw line, and I can straighten it perfectly within about 10 minutes tops. The bristle brush I use daily. It’s perfect for a beard, and a little eye brow brushing too. The soap and shampoo are average though. My beard reacts better when I use the same hair care products on my beard, conditioner included. The wax is good for the mustache, but when you wear a mask for more than 5-10 minutes, it undoes the wax almost entirely.the wood comb is useless tbh. It might work for a long beard though. I haven’t needed to use the scissors, because I have a pair I prefer over these ones. I don’t know how liberally you’re supposed to apply the pre heat spray to your beard, and I’m too lazy to really figure it out. Just make sure to moisturize your beard every day you use this though. I’ve fried some of my hairs and they snapped in half because I didn’t do that, but no lasting damage was ever caused. The only damage was solely because I’m still trying to learn proper beard care.

The beard heat comb is very effective for straightening the fly aways of your beard. Start on the LOWEST setting to avoid damaging your beard/hair. The kit came with many items to help with the health of your beard.
Loved the three different heat settings but feel the lowest temp was sufficient to “style” my beard.
