Refreshing, cool feel. You only need a tiny drop under the eyes. It seems to work to reduce puffiness. After applying give it a few minutes to dry completely before putting on makeup; takes a bit longer to be absorbed. I like it so far and would buy it again.

Oh my god this worked within 24 hours. I have very hollow eyes thanks to genetics and most eye creams don’t seem to work but so far this one has. It is a bit sticky while drying and can take a couple minutes to fully dry but I’ve seen a visual difference.
Loses one star because it wasn’t sealed when it arrived and might have been returned. Probably won’t buy this off amazon again
