Bought this mask due to an incoming stye. So far it’s very comfortable, soft and wide enough to cover my eyes properly. My only problem with the product is that so far, it seems like it doesn’t distribute heat properly. The right side seems to produce more heat than the left side. I do love how fast it heats up and how fast it cools off. I’m going to continue to wear and use it for a week and come back with an update!
Update: LOVE THIS THING
Even though the heat distribution is a bit off, I have to say, I can’t go to sleep without it now. It also have an automatic timer so it just turns off while I’m asleep. This has tremendously helped with my stye.

I absolutely love this mask for so many reasons. I charged it before my trip to Europe and was able to use it on the plane. Based on the reviews I read, I thought I would use only low heat setting but the high heat setting is great as well. I was able to easily recharge it in the hotel and use it the entire time. It fits perfectly! I have no suggestions for any improvements.

I had cataract surgery and my eyes were watery and irritated. This is a good eye mask and I’m giving it three stars only because the heating is a little uneven and it needs to be charged often. It is a good product.

The mask took approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge after I removed it from the packaging.
After pressing the start button, it took about two minutes for the mask to reach its highest temperature. I appreciated that the heating process happened in a gradual, and not immediate, manner – as the slow increase of heat was relaxing, and a fast bolt of heat would’ve been jarring.
I would’ve liked to have multiple heat settings, because the highest temperature wasn’t quite as warm as I would’ve preferred.
The case of the mask can be washed, which is a plus given that the cover is made of a soft material. I’ve only used this mask on either an entirely clean, or a partially moisturized face for that reason, as I wanted to avoid the mask absorbing any of my skincare products. To this point, it would’ve been nice if the surface of the mask that touched the face was made with a non-porous material, but I can see how that may have impacted the way the mask felt on my face.
I also appreciated that the strap for the mask did not contain velcro. Several of my facial masks have a velcro closure, which inevitably becomes tangled in my hair.

I bought this because I had a chalazion and surprise but this heated eye mask worked to rid me of it. What I also found is this is incredibly soothing for my dry eyes. I use it at night when I go to bed and again in the morning. What a difference this makes. I even bring it when I travel. A charge lasts about two treatments worth.
