I had my doubts regarding the power of the water stream but it surprised me. For something so compact, it did a great job….almost comparable to the countertop waterpik system. The travel case is also handy as it keep everything together so you aren’t losing attachments. Fortunately you can charge it with your phone cable so you don’t have to carry around other adapters.

I loved the product, loved that it came with multiple attachments. It holds a charge for a really long time, over two months of daily use!
BUT. When I tried to charge it, the charging cord that came with it no longer worked. Not sure if it’s because the port is an area that gets consistently wet with use. Super bummed that it ended up being a “temporary” or disposable item.

I was having pain in my back molar. Rinsing and dental floss wasn’t helping. I ordered this water flosser (same day delivery – I love Amazon!) I used this and immediately I saw a little piece of pepper skin in the sink that was stuck down in my gum somewhere. Within the hour, no more pain. Very high quality! I was shocked at the quality. Also the attachments screw in; not just pushed into place. This is perfect for traveling too. The zipper container is thick and well made. This might be the best thing I’ve purchased on Amazon, and I buy a lot of stuff!
The soft pulse is strong enough for me (I’m afraid to try normal pulse)
I will update my review if the performance of this thing changes. For now, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I bought the pink one. Love it!!
