At first, I wasn’t quite sure how to operate the cardboard packaging but once I realized you push from the bottom, it was no problem at all. You have to be a bit careful when you close it again, but it just takes a little getting used to. I absolutely love the way this deodorant smells (Lavender Vanilla), and I’m thrilled to be able to reduce my carbon footprint. Why don’t more companies make environmentally, responsible packaging? The icing on the cake is it’s aluminum free and doesn’t use all of the chemicals of traditional deodorants. I have definitely put this deodorant to the test with heavy duty workouts and long days in the sun and had absolutely no odor issues. If you’re on the fence, I say don’t hesitate and switch over now!

I was a little skeptical about this purchase but I am very pleased with the quality, cardboard application and if it worked!! The bonus is it’s made in the USA! Well it works great and applies easier than other choices I’ve made! I highly recommend this product.

I’ve tried many natural deodorants in plastic, cardboard tubes and glass only for them to fail! I also think its ridiculous to spend $14US on 2oz of deodorant , so I tried this first at Walgreens. glad I did cause it works ! they stopped selling it there though , so I got it here. I work in a warehouse that gets hot and I get swampy. on me it smells like a juicey fruit gum, but I’ll take that over smelling like stinky sweat! I like how its 100% plastic free. The ingredients are pretty natural and haven’t made my armpits mad, goes on white and pretty smooth. I just wish the scents were less odd. the matcha apple one smells fruity at first, then smells like men’s cologne . This one doesn’t smell like vanilla or lavender really -and the other scents are to weird for me. but smelling like juicy fruit gum isn’t half bad. if only 1/3 of the tube wasn’t the base to push up with it .. that’d be great!

I’ve been on a quest to find a good natural deodorant (Lume, Native, etc.) and haven’t been completely happy with any of them. I like the way this smells, the price point is good, and I haven’t been worried about it not working.

However, it gets all over your clothes. Wearing it with a sleeveless top somewhere you’re going to sweat? Not a good idea unless you want white streaks.

I appreciate that the packaging is trying to be environmentally friendly, but honestly it’s also annoying to use.

I would definitely recommend this deodorant if you would like to go natural . I have been using this deodorant for three years now and I have no complaints. It’s the only natural deodorant that works well with my body. I’ve tried other brands and this one just responds the best controlling body odor and perspiration. It has a nice, natural essential oil fragrant,Which I don’t mind and this is a good price for this product. Great value.

The texture was not what I expected. I probably should have read the reviews better. I was sold on that it helps with armpit oder. I only use non toxic deodorants. The scent also caught my attention. I’ve been using it for 3 days so far. We’ve recently had extreme heat here in the East Coast. I can attest that my pits are definitely not funky anymore. I even sleep with this deodorant on for it’s soft and pleasing scent it gives off.

I will add though. I gave this product 4 stars because of its waxy texture. It’s not a solid stick. It can tend to be soft and smudge on your skin upon application. It feels amazing if it’s chilled. It will keep the stick solid to an extent. A little goes a long way. I can see this deodorant lasting me quite a while. It’s safe enough for growing teens to use. It’s an amazing all natural scent. Not too strong and subtle. I will definitely be purchasing more of these but in different scents in the near future.

I think most deodorants that are marketed as clean (i.e. no aluminum salts, artificial scents, etc.) usually don’t work very well. But this brand does. Its not harsh on my skin, it works well even for long days, and it smells really nice. The packaging is all paper and its set up like a frozen yogurt push-up; no plastic at all. However, once you get toward the end it becomes harder to push up the deodorant stick when you have to stick your fingers deeper into the tube and apply a lot of force. Maybe I just have weak fingers, but that’s my only complaint.
