I have sensitive ears, and many cleaning tools are uncomfortable, but the silicone tip on this ear vacuum is soft and comfortable. There’s no pain or irritation during use. The adjustable suction feature is very thoughtful; I usually use the low setting, which is enough to clean my ears. It’s perfect for daily ear care.

Hard to rate this one because it didn’t work for me but there wasn’t anything wrong with the device… other than not getting wax out. The instructions imply that it works on dry, crumbly wax, because it wants you to use an included tool to loosen the wax before sucking it out. If I’d wanted to stick something in my ear, I wouldn’t have gotten this vacuum. And there’s no loosening the sticky wax my ears usually have. I was hoping the vacuum would be the thing that dried out the wax to remove it, not expecting me to do the work for it. Tool has a nice display and different strengths, but I’m not convinced it does anything yet.

In the past, earwax was cleaned by spraying water into the ear canal and then sucking it out with a cotton swab. It was time-consuming and laborious, and it put pressure on the ears, which was definitely harmful. Now I have bought this earwax vacuum removal tool, which saves me from all these troubles. It does not require water. You only need to gently press the button and adjust the strength you can bear to suck out the earwax. Then use the included ear spoon or cleaner to assist in cleaning. My ears produce a lot of wax. I irrigate with warm water and hydrogen peroxide occasionally to keep the wax from building up. Since I have very narrow ear canals, it’s sometimes difficult to get all the water out post irrigation. This little device is great for that. The suction is strong enough to get all the water and softened wax out, but even the highest setting is not so strong as to be uncomfortable. Since the tube and tips are silicone, you can clean them with very hot water and then rinse with rubbing alcohol, so you don’t have to worry about contamination.

Didn’t do much of anything for cleaning my ears, even trying different tips. The brush got up way more gunk than the vacuum.
