YOUN Beauty CE Antioxidant Serum, 2 Oz — 20% Vitamin C Serum for Face
We got this in for my wife, she’s a licensed cosmetologist and has extensive schooling in beauty product chemistry so her input was very important on this one. Our first impression of this product, especially in line with the price, was not very good.
This is supposed to be a serum, not a toner. The consistency of the liquid is just that, liquid, it’s extremely watery and wet. A serum is supposed to be thicker, something that sits on top of the application area before soaking in to the pores of the skin. The instructions mention to place the liquid on a cotton swap than apply to the face. As watered down as this product is, we will be wasting half of the product from it soaking into the cotton, fabric, or other secondary applicators before it’s even applied to the face. That’s not good, as at this price point, you’re throwing away $25 worth of serum from each bottle. The bottle this comes in is twice the size as the name brands that she uses at home and at work, making us wonder if that is so because of how watery there product is and loss of serum is expected.
Long term affects have yet to be seen. We’ve only had this for a week now. We will update in a month to see if this has the intended affects that it advertises.

I requested this product because it is made in the USA and I love the combination of Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C! I also like the design of the bottle, so my first impression was good.
This serum is very watery, so it gets absorbed quickly into the skin. As the weather is getting really hot, I don’t like to have something too heavy on my oily combination skin, so this is a good fit in that regard. More importantly, it seems to moisturize quite well even though it has a watery texture, as I just tested it after working out rigorously. However, I don’t like the scent. I’m not sure what it is, but I wish it didn’t smell like this. In all fairness, I prefer no scent at all for all my skin care products.
I will have to see how effective this product is down the road, but my first impression is so-so only because of the scent. If you are not too picky about that, I would recommend this product as summer is approaching quickly. By the way, I also tried their moisture from this line, and I actually liked it as it does smell like this but went away very quickly.

I have been using Skinceuticals serum and not seeing the results I wanted for the price. I decided to switch and use Youn Beauty 20% Vitamin C & E Face Serum and saw results with in 2-3 weeks on the redness on one side of my face. I have been using the Green Tea Cleanser for quite some time & the Brightener and love the results!

I just started using this. You just put a few drops on your fingertips and tap it all over your face and neck and let it dry dry all of these products by this brand are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. I am 62 years old and my skin has already improved 100% from what it was.
