Love this item. Bought it many times. The scent is divine and it’s nice to have a scrubby hand soap in the mix around the house for some messier dirtier moments. The scrubbier parts leave your skin feeling really soft.

I’ve put my entire family on this hand soap, everyone uses it. The exfoliating beads i wasn’t too sure about at first, but there is just the right amount and it feels amazing to clean your hands because they are actually getting scrubbed. It does not leave my hands dry, and it gives off the most sophisticated subtle smell! Not overpowering at all, and doesn’t smell like “hand soap” it is more spa like!

The scent is light but heavenly !! Also my hands and any guest who use this when visiting say it is a subtle but great treatment on their hands! It really does not dry out my hands when used daily like other brands often do! Even products that say they will protect hands from drying out from daily use!! I still get rough unpleasant feeling hands that crack and need lotion ! 🙁

Used this product in the past and it’s great however it’s the second time I order it from Amazon and second time that the actual dispenser doesn’t work!! Not sure it is a genuine Ouai product for that reason as I also bought it via the ouai website directly in the past and never had a problem.

I first stumbled on this hand soap at my local day spa. The owner attempted to stock this product herself but wasn’t a big enough retailer so off to Amazon I shopped. I haven’t spent this much on a hand soap before but I absolutely LOVE THIS. It’s luxurious, lightly exfoliating and smells divine. After having in my cart for ages, I finally pulled the plug on purchasing and I’m not regretful one bit. I’m spoiled a little every time I wash my hands.

It smells really nice, and it’s an average creamy hand soap – nothing special here beyond the nice smell.
But the bottle is cheap plastic and the pump is the worst design ever. I could not get the pump to work after 10 minutes of twisting every direction. I had to unscrew it to get the soap out.
Total fail on the design. If you’re making a fancy soap, at least put it in a working container. I’ll pour it into a nice glass pump that works.
I also bought their bath wash – that one works fine since it’s a flip top.

For fancy scrubbing hand soaps, I prefer the scent of this to the popular Aesop soaps. I realize this is subjective. OUAI has a more floral scent vs Aesop’s herbal (kind of strange) scent. It’s also much less expensive.
