I bought this for my husband. He has a bridge and food tends to get caught in it. His hygienist recommended that he use a water flosser, but it wasn’t until I bought him one that he saw what an improvement it made. The hygienist noticed that his gums looked better. It was much easier to get his teeth flossed then traditional floss. This model is rechargeable and has a nice size water reservoir. He is happy with the results and ease of using it.

The flosser works very well. I like the various settings and the display which tells you not only the setting but the battery status. It holds more water than my previous flosser, is easy to fill and comes with multiple flossing tips. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 was that you have to hit the “on” button twice to turn it on. When I floss, I turn the flosser off when I switch from one area to another (less messy). It’s a pain to have to hit the “on” button two and sometimes three times to turn it back on.

A number of consumer review sites were recommending options from Waterpik and Phillips, but these were not budget friendly. There were a number of cheaper options but users reported many issues with performance and reliability. I chose the MySmile water flosser because it had a lot of premium features at an affordable price. I have been using it daily for over a month now, and I am impressed!
Pros…
1. One of the biggest complaints reported by users of portable water flossers is the small water tank, and having to refill multiple times for a single cleaning. The MySmile has a 350ml tank and so far, has been sufficient for a regular cleaning.
2. There is an information display window to easily confirm battery charge and pressure setting… no guessing.
3. It’s waterproof and I use it in the shower regularly.
4. Some might find it a bit big, but I find it comfortable to hold and the finger grips on the back really help.
5. It has 5 pressure settings vs only 3 on some of the premium brands.
6. The tips are compatible with WaterPik, so replacements are readily available from other sellers.
7. Battery life has been great, as I have only needed to charge it twice.
8. I love the portability, and I will not go back to using my countertop unit.
9. MySmile did a great job listing most of the technical specifications that many other sellers purposely omit. The battery mAh output , PSI pressures, and water tank volume were all clearly referenced.
Cons…
1. It’s fairly easy to unintentionally bump the pressure setting button during use.
2. They only offer a 10 pc replacement set of assorted tips. I want to buy individual tips based on need.
3. Some tip storage would have been nice to include.
4. The WaterPik has a magnetic charging system, so there is no usb charge port to be compromised.
5. Lithium battery cannot be serviced.
I was not familiar with the MySmile brand but I would definitely recommend this water flosser over any premium brand like WaterPik and Phillips.

Flossing with this at first makes me feel like a big idiot, I cant quite do what the instructions tell you with keeping your mouth slightly open but I have made it work. It works great for a long while after a charge, small and compact to store away, power settings are great for getting that pesky food I can’t quite get the toothbrush. It is as painful as regular flossing depending on what power setting you use.
USE THE CHILD SETTING, I wouldn’t recommend this for kids that are young cause this can feel overwhelming to use and I fear that you can accidentally spray your eye if you are not careful. But just be wary of how many times you use the power button, and when you get more accustomed to one power setting just move up the power.
Great for saving on floss money, and effective if you have trouble flossing just takes practice to use.

I had always flossed before but a dentist recommended I get a water flosser. There are a million choices but I found this one. It had good reviews and now I have been using it for a few weeks. I use it on child power and it works great. It has a bunch of power settings so you can choose what fits you. The water tank is enough for me but it’s easy to fill. It gets the job done and it is affordable. Not too heavy and easy to maneuver. You can ise it in the shower if you want. I use it over the
Sink. On the child setting it shuts off after a certain time. Just right for me.

This is my first purchase of a “water pic” style teeth cleaner, so I don’t have any past experience to compare this product with. I bought the countertop version with the UV light for sanitizing and I’m pretty happy with it. I really like that the water reservoir is quite large and won’t run out in the middle of a cleaning. I also like that there are various pressure settings as well as a bunch of different types of spray heads. It does a great job of keeping my teeth clean and I’ve been using it for about a year and haven’t had any issues with it. My only complaints (and they are minor) are that the pump is a bit loud, and I tend to make a mess of my sink. I highly recommend this unit – don’t let the low price fool you – this thing works.

It has been faithful for daily use, occasionally use cleaning solutions in it for the teeth, and it doesn’t have any damage to the pump at all. Water reservoir, sufficient for Sarah cleaning.
