I love this thing. It does exactly what it is supposed to do – my tub is a slick plastic oversized tub and even as a very tall person I would slip down and have to brace myself every time I used it. The bean is totally worth it, I just had a hour long bath without having to lock on to the edges. I ended up getting it after looking for a bathmat, but this bean thing seems easier to keep clean and looks nice.

This is an ingenious idea, but one that could be done a little better. I am very short (5’2″) and have a MASSIVE garden tub in my bathroom. My feet don’t reach the end and so I’m constantly slipping. This bean does work; however it would work MUCH better if it was a little thicker/higher as my booty slips right over it. Works better than nothing at all, for me anyway.

Absolutely love the bath bean. I have an extra large garden tub and its perfect as to not slide under the water. The suction cups do not come loose and you can move the bean wherever you need while in the tub. It does get slippery when using bubble bath but that can be avoided if you put tub stickers on both sides to prevent that. I’ve also used bath bombs with no discoloration. Enjoy taking more baths now.

I thought this product was pretty expensive so I read a lot of the reviews. I saw many reviews that said it was not effective if you were heavier/bigger. I am heavier and I am also 8 months pregnant. It works for me. I can relax and let my legs float up without sinking too low in the tub. So if you’re on the fence maybe give it a try.

Do not buy. Doesn’t work. slides around in the tub. I usually don’t write reviews, but when I get totally hosed by some marketing jargon, I feel like I owe others some honesty.

The thing is, the packaging is, indeed, adorable and impressive. Loved the personalization with my name on the little door sign and the cute rubber ducky, but I’d rather have cheap packaging that made the cost of this bean a lot less — especially since it didn’t work for me. It looks nice, but the bean is a an ineffective speed bump for my bum in the bathtub.

With our bathroom remodel we bought a beautiful, luxurious bathtub that could easily fit two (four if you needed to). My 5′ 4″ frame doesn’t let my feet even come close to touching the other side of the tub and when filled with water, I just slip, slide and float so it’s impossible to sit back and relax. The prices for other devices are astronomical and while I thought this was priced too high, too, for a silicone speed bump, I was willing to spend it if it would allow me to fully enjoy my bath spa experience.

Unfortunately, my curvy full lady hips just glide right on over this little bean — it does nothing for me. I tried placing at the bottom of the tub as a foot rest instead, but the suction is no match for my mass, so it just slides. I’ve even tried just stopping myself with my hands on the bean, but then I can’t read, relax, and unwind, so what’s the point.

Maybe petite, lighter weight spa queens can get the most out of this sweet bean, but for this Queen-Sized queen I need a small wall, not a lean bean. Again – A+ for presentation, but it is not a one-size-fits-all situation here. I really wanted it to work, but now I have a $99 mini rubber ducky and silicone bean that just kinda hangs around cuz what am I going to do with it?

Works perfectly for baths! The product is big enough that works really well for all adults and the suctions don’t move while you’re using it. Highly recommend it.

I love the idea, and support the business. Well made and packaged adorably, but it failed the “keep my bum in place” test, and I slipped right over it. Also, it didn’t want to stay suctioned when the bath was full. I followed the directions, and I’m OCD about cleanliness, so there is no residue on my bathtub causing it to slip and slide. It suctions perfectly when dry, but after filling the tub, slides easily. I see the mixed reviews, so it’s strange; I don’t get why it works for some but not others. Maybe more testing and engineering is needed. I think the idea is brilliant, creative, and needed, and wish the owner much success. She seems to truly care, and that shows in the presentation. I’m keeping it in the hopes that one day maybe it will magically work for me, lol.
