The vibration is strong, but I want to say it’s smooth and much less noticeable compared to other brands. I’ve replaced one older version from many years ago. Love that they are still making it and the newer version is worth the upgrade fee.

The handle didn’t charge with my original charging stands but their customer service people were quick to determine the problem was the compatibility of the charging stand and they immediately sent me a new charging stand. I’ve used all the upgrades through the years, ever since I saw Robert Urich advertising it on TV when it first came out. It is true for me that this toothbrush cleans my teeth better than any other. Your teeth feel dentist clean when you use it. It is also gentle on the gums (because it is sonic), which is important if you have had gum surgery like me. I’m rather disappointed that they don’t guarantee them for long unless you sign up for their costly subscription plan. They must have heeded some “marketing” strategist. Get all you can.
Con: This is my third one. The first 2 failed after a few years. The last one, the rubber on/off button disintegrated and the toothbrush would just keep running until the battery wore down.
Despite that. I’ll still pay the price because they do the best job for my teeth.

I’ve bought this to use with my Classic Cybersonic system because my old holder was giving out. It works great but while brushing it hesitates several times for brief seconds and then resumes. I also didn’t know that while in the charger a blue light stays lit all the time around the button on the back of the holder. It’s for these reasons I gave it 4 stars.

The charge doesn’t last…..I have an older model that last a very long time. The newer model barely lasts 3 days.

I have been a Cybersonic user for 20 years. I used to get them directly from Cybersonic, but changes to the postal rates meant subscribing was no longer cost effective. When my second one wore out, I was glad to see the products on Amazon. The replacement handle has been great.
