A Professional Set it may not be but it has everything anyone would need to do a great shave or hair cut. I sport a full beard that I keep trimmed very short, typically a number 3 guide on their trimmer and my haircut that I’ve done for the past number of years is between a short cut and a long cut meaning I use their clippers with a number 4 or 5 guard on my sides and back of my head and a number 8 guide on the top of my head so I can still comb it towards the side when I’m finished. With their shaver I use it strictly on my neck to get the stubble in between my shaves and this set works great for me. The only fault I’ve found is that they don’t supply the tapered guards to cut around each of my ears and to be honest the only company that I’ve seen supply those were Wahls so who knows, maybe they have a patent on them, I have no clue but I’ve found that they do fit on most standard size clippers such as this model so I’m happy!
I can’t reliably state how long this set will last, since I only received it last week but for me this 3 some set has performed incredibly well and at this point I can honestly recommend them to others and provide an Overall Rating of 5 Stars!

So I have bought other hair cutting systems on here. Very disappointing. They would heat up and die almost immediately. Even though I just bought these I can tell the build quality is better. Battery is solid and no hair snagging.

I give the stars for the clippers they work really well for the price, the trimmer only used once and now they don’t even cut hair. I will be returning the trimmers and see if they fix them. Then I’ll update after I receive them back for now 2 stars .

Decent set that mostly gets the job done. The travel shaver works great and does a pretty close shave that I’m very happy with. My daughter approves as well as she likes to kiss my cheek and she didn’t complain about “pokies” on my face. The medium size clipper is awesome and very powerful. Works great at making nice clean cuts! It has been great at touching up areas that I do not want to get with the small shaver.
The issue I ran into is with the large clipper as it kept gumming up when giving my kid a buzz cut. I ended up having to switch to another clipper that I have to help finish up his haircut. Maybe it is just his type of hair that was causing it to gum up or maybe the required oil you have to add to the blades? Not sure. It did work fine after I thoroughly cleaned it. If you use it without a guard, this isn’t a issue. Just when using a guard, it allowed hair to quickly accumulate and get stuck really good in the blades to where it didn’t cut anymore. I’ve not had this issue on other large clippers that I’ve used to give him buzz cuts. I’m going to chalk this up to being operator error on my end as if I had to guess, I might have put too much oil on the blades. The instructions were not clear on how much to use.
The power left display on each of the clippers is a game changer. I don’t understand why all clippers do not have this! It is incredibly helpful to know where the battery is at. My main clipper I’ve been using for years doesn’t even have a charge light when charging it and you have to guess when it is charged. With this trimmer set, there is no guessing and I have to keep this at a 5 star just for that! That and how powerful they are, they make cleaning up real quick!
If I had to give a real negative is that this set did not come with a travel bag of any kind. This is my first trimmer set that didn’t come with a bag of any sort for storage. Kind of odd given the price point. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if the box it came with had a stronger plastic holder on the inside, but even after the first use, putting a clipper back into the box cracked the plastic. I’m going to have to buy a new travel bag for this set to keep everything organized.

I bought these as an alternative to the $20 or $30 trimmers at Walmart and I’m extremely impressed. They’re very powerful and sharp. The rip through hair and provide a very clean shave. The face trimmer works amazingly and had me from scruffy to smooth in 5 mins. The other trimmers are precise and cut clean. I’m very happy with them. I didn’t have high hopes, but now, I can’t imagine using anything else
