This afternoon it was extremely grainy. I provide clients with it to use to heal their permanent make up procedures, and I have had two clients phone me to tell me that they were too grainy and did not want to use them. I order products in advance and ordered in March but just opened my jar and my window to return the item is closed unfortunately. I don’t know if this product is old and that is why it is grainy? I have never had this happen before. From here on out I will only order from the original Afterinked website. I am so disappointed.

We brought this for looking after my husbands new tattoo and for the PMU on my lips after receiving a sample of it from my PMU artist. It’s really nourishing without being greasy, and even though my lips have healed I still use it as a lip balm if they’re dry!

Goes on like a thick Vaseline, but after a while it felt like the skin across my tattoo was tight. I continued using and it kept my tattoo moisturized, but it just feels strange.

I use to only use the Vaseline of course and than I switched it up to healing ointment. Both worked fine but when I saw this in Amazon I had to try it. The consistency of it is different than vaseline and the healing ointment, which I didn’t like it at first, but grew to love. You only need a small amount applied and the needle just glides right through it and helps keep the ink from splattering all over your skin/canvas. It does not clog my needle with a bunch of gunk like the vaseline and healing ointment did. Very happy with it. I did a couple tattoos with it and I’m already shocked how well it works. As far as the healing process this stuff works amazing, I feel my clients and myself have a better healing process with this compared to the other stuff I have used, vaseline healing ointment, etc… I’m an Amazon tattoo artist so I get all my stuff from Amazon. This is one product I recommend for any tattoo artist
