I would say the printer was already a bit touchy to begin with and the sizing in app was never accurate, but now it absolutely refuses to open my albums on my phone, just a bank screen.
I would 100% return this printer if I still could.

I used it, and for the first day it was working flawlessly, but the second day the yellow top piece of paper would go through, but the actual transfer sheet gets stuck almost? I can pull it and guide it out and end up with a decent stencil, but not at all what I paid for!
